I waited in the drive thru for 31 minutes, start to finish. From being asked to hold on for a second to take my order then proceed. I ordered for 4 people and this was at dinner time Monday evening only two vehicles in front of me. The food was not cooked completely and done, chicken had a rubber slim texture on one side and hard as rock on the other side of the sandwich. I typically love this spot for breakfast and was highly discouraged. Please address.

Look if you fire the night shift you will make a great improvement. They all suck. No the day shift Management made my order right and she served it in a totally different way. Thanks for correcting the mistake by the night shift. This is what happens when you put teenage boys in charge of something they don't care or they were trained inappropriately. They have gotten my order wrong in some shape form or fashion. This past time they put a lot of gravy on my mashed potatoes after telling them specifically NO gravy. It would be fine if it only happens every now and then but it's every time I go to this specific Jack's. We live 4 mins down the road and it's the most convenient place to get fast food but they either don't pay attention to the orders or don't care. I made sure to say it pretty loud this time to try and make sure it's right, it wasn't.

If there’s one thing Jacks does, they’re consistent.
Consistently bad, consistently get your order wrong, consistently give smaller portions and consistently make the burgers smaller. All while prices keep increasing.
Any mom and pop restaurant would’ve already been boycotted and went under by now, but not Jacks. Through corporate backing and sheer volume of sales, they persist.
