They are more worried about speed then making the food right. My biscuit was hanging out the side of the Togo box and gravy pouring out the sides. Also half filled the LG hashrounds. This is not a 1 time thing it happens all the time. Good tastes great but they are getting sloppy when putting it together

I've worked there for 4 yrs (early 2000s ) eaten there for 2 decades and this is the nastiest I've ever seen it. went for lunch I was going to dine in but there wasn't 1 clean table it makes me question what the areas I can't see are like, that crap never would had been ok back when I was there I guess corporate doesn't check in on there stores as long as the money keeps coming in its a joke I should also say nothing was wrong with the food I like Jack's menu especially breakfast but what is going on where they don't have some one cleaning up every hour
Try their new wings today for the first time and they were really good no long drive through wait time and the staff there was super chill and cool will definitely be back

Service always great but the last couple times I've been food not so much. It's been like my 2 yr old granddaughter put the food together and cold fries. Sucks because they're my closest option so I gave them another shot and I got worse. Southside it is.. ugh
