I've worked there for 4 yrs (early 2000s ) eaten there for 2 decades and this is the nastiest I've ever seen it. went for lunch I was going to dine in but there wasn't 1 clean table it makes me question what the areas I can't see are like, that crap never would had been ok back when I was there I guess corporate doesn't check in on there stores as long as the money keeps coming in its a joke I should also say nothing was wrong with the food I like Jack's menu especially breakfast but what is going on where they don't have some one cleaning up every hour

I waited in the drive thru for 31 minutes, start to finish. From being asked to hold on for a second to take my order then proceed. I ordered for 4 people and this was at dinner time Monday evening only two vehicles in front of me. The food was not cooked completely and done, chicken had a rubber slim texture on one side and hard as rock on the other side of the sandwich. I typically love this spot for breakfast and was highly discouraged. Please address.

Look if you fire the night shift you will make a great improvement. They all suck. No the day shift Management made my order right and she served it in a totally different way. Thanks for correcting the mistake by the night shift. This is what happens when you put teenage boys in charge of something they don't care or they were trained inappropriately. They have gotten my order wrong in some shape form or fashion. This past time they put a lot of gravy on my mashed potatoes after telling them specifically NO gravy. It would be fine if it only happens every now and then but it's every time I go to this specific Jack's. We live 4 mins down the road and it's the most convenient place to get fast food but they either don't pay attention to the orders or don't care. I made sure to say it pretty loud this time to try and make sure it's right, it wasn't.
