Two roast beef sandwiches and crinkle fries. The fries were barely warm and the roast beef sandwiches didn't taste as good as other purchases at different location.

Extremely slow service at the drive thru. Currently in line at 1:38pm and there is only 1 car in front of me and it took about 15 minutes to get a market fresh sandwich.

Drive up to place my order - most rude voice on the speaker. I attempted to place my order for three milkshakes - she says “ we don’t have milkshakes “ so I say “we will take Coke” - she says “ we don’t have Coke “. I ask about lemonade - she says “we don’t have lemonade “. I ordered a root beer and water. Then I proceeded to try and order food - “I have a coupon for “ and get interrupted with “if you have coupons you will have to come inside to order “ - I asked why she couldn’t take my order - her reply was “we are short staffed and the drive through is backed up”. I parked, walked in the building to discover four adults behind the counter, not one other living soul in sight and not one car in the drive through! A young man took my order and while I waited for my food not another person entered the building. As I was getting my order a car pulled up to place an order and the lady (not) taking that order was very rude to the customer saying “you need to speak up or come inside “ all the while I could hear clearly what the incoming customer was saying. Maybe customer service isn’t important to you as a business owner but you’re getting the short end of the stick if you’re depending on the crew you have at the Arby’s on Gateway Dr in Opelika!

Just came to drive thru and no one answered and it was way too dark for an open restaurant (where’s the street light) but last time I came there were no curly fries… Smh

Went in last Tuesday 7:00 P.M. Only two employees working. The one up front taking orders didn't know how to ring up coupons. Ended up paying $5 more than what we should have. But I also got 3 beef and cheddar when the coupon was for 1. I think Arby's lost a little that night not training new employees very good.
