Night staffing is terrible. Yelling and playing around. Tried to not take my order. Said the system was down. Told them i had a mobile order. Said “oh okay pull around then.” It was supposed to be ready at 9:13. I arrived at 9:15. Waited at the window until i got my food at 9:32. I was the only person in line. No customers inside. Fries were also cold. Won’t be going back.

Almost threw up when I opened my cheesesteak sandwich they told me it’s supposed to look like this and would not give me a refund or nothing so I threw it in the trash

15$ for hard burnt potato cakes and a dry roast beef sandwich. No sauce on the sandwich and the drive thur cashier lack the most basic customer service. No napkins provided and when asked if they had any they stated they were out. So are the workers washing there hands and drying them on there clothes?? 🙄

The most disappointing Arby’s experience.
My son ordered a double roast beef meal and I got the “new cheesesteak”.
Our fries came out lukewarm. His roast beef was made with what I’m assuming was chopped roast beef. It was barely warm in the center. My cheesesteak looked like just a hoagie roll. I had to peel open my roll to find the most minuscule amount of meat. Highly disappointed in this store. Most definitely not worth the $30 it cost me.

I don’t understand how this store’s management thinks they can run a lunch shift on a Saturday with only two employees. The line was wrapped around the building with 10 or so customers inside waiting to be helped.

On Sunday, July 27, 2025, my wife and I stopped by for lunch. Upon entering there was no one to take orders at the counter. It took approximately 1-2 minutes before someone showed up to take our order. He immediately informed us that they were completely out of roast beef and the orange dream milkshake that was a featured advertised item. So I ordered the brisket sandwich with curly fries combo and my wife ordered the deluxe hamburger, no pickle and no cheese with crinkle cut fries. He then informed us that they were out of the crinkle cut fries as well so we substituted for the potato cakes instead. When the order came, which took about 15 minutes, my wife’s hamburger had the pickles and cheese on it which she requested not be on it.so I took it back and it took an additional 10 minutes to get her sandwich replaced . Now mind you when we entered the store, there was no else except the crew. But shortly after we ordered, there were a few more customers but our order was first and two of the ones who ordered after us received their orders first. I will have to say that they were short staffed with only three employees but one of those went to the restroom shortly after we ordered and stayed away in there the entire time we were there eating our lunch. I’m not sure what the problem was that day, but for a chain restaurant to run out of a major component I feel is inexcusable. I really like eating here and I will be back, but I felt like someone needed to address this problem so that maybe it would not happen again.

Have always loved the original roast beef sandwich with horsey sauce. Also the curly fries, also with horsey sauce. The gyro is good too! Prices are low. The new interior is unattractive, but clean.

This place is filthy, smells terrible, and food not quite to the level of fair. Food smeared on drink bar and condiment bar. Filthy high chairs! Other people were commenting on high dirty it was and they were leaving, too. Disgusting...run anywhere else.
This restaurant including bathrooms were absolutely filthy. Won’t ever come back to this restaurant.

I've been here twice and both times I waited over 10 minutes at the drive through. Meat portions are also less than other Arby's locations. Yesterday the Au Ju had no flavor, it was just luke-warm light brown water.
