Waited 45 min is drive thru. No explanation!! No concern!! Got food finally and it was cold!! Needs a lot of improvement from management!!

Stopped in here for a supposed quick dinner with my mom and dad but what we got was lousy customer service. Not only did two double beef n cheddars that were ordered come out with as much meat as a single but they forgot a whole double roast beef sandwich entirely leading my dad to have to charge that to the order despite explicitly being stated. Leading them to have to remake it. Which in of that was a challenge for them as that took an additional 15 minutes. It wasn’t even busy in the drive thru or inside with other guests so it wasn’t an issue of the whole place being slammed. I’ve worked in food service before and there was zero transparency on the level of the workers who have to deal with the customers. No “we’re sorry” or providing care or reimbursement to the affected orders. When the food was finally served it was still good but absolutely not for the pathetic wait time and service we had tonight.

Closed lobby as I was walking in to pick up 2 door dash meals.. so I had to go in the Drive-through and wait 32 minutes on just 2 cars ahead of me.
We ate inside. 1st, the young girl who took our order did not want to be there. She never said a word until she got the order wrong and asked for clarification. 2nd, we specified "no cheese" on our sandwiches. It was on the receipt, but we still got cheese. 3rd, the floor was very dirty and needed to be swept. Paper and fries were in several places. The parking lot was even worse. Will NOT eat here again.
