“Love the vibe. I've always had pretty good servers here, and the fare is better than the average bar style burgers. I don't hate that this is the place that replaced Cheeburger. Really wish they had a veggie burger though, sucks that the only option if you're vegan is beer and fries 😢 If you're a vegetarian though, they do have two different cheese based sandwiches.“

“My business partner and I chose The Hound for dinner during one of our visits to Auburn recently. We ordered several things to try, including various cocktails, appetizers, a couple of entrees and desserts, and the flavors were perfectly balanced and well presented in every bite and sip. Hunter was our bartender when we arrived at the bar, and he continued to serve us after we were seated for dinner. He was a fabulous mixologist with a great sense of humor who made recommendations that were spot on, answered numerous questions about the offerings and made us feel like one of the locals. But - I noticed that the other bartenders and servers were extending that same hospitality to their guests, so there must be something special about The Hound's culture to make everyone so warm and friendly. We'll be back.“

“We’ve been to a couple of these chains in different locations and they’ve always been outstanding. We shared a small build your own pizza and regular size Caesar. A nice glass of Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc accompanied. Husband had tea and they were out of sugar packets but rustled up a ramekin with some in it. Olivia was fantastic and we loved sitting at the bar watching the pizza masters and salad chef. Definitely visit if you haven’t! It was the beginning of game day weekend and we were not rushed even though they were busy. Most excellent! Very clean!“

“We were down in Auburn for a basketball game, and looking for a way to kill some time the next day before the drive back home. Found this spot on Google, and now I’m wishing they had one back home in Huntsville. First off, those filet mignon sliders were incredible, perfectly cooked, and could fall apart in your mouth. My fiance got the BLT, and it came out so big that I thought it worked there. It was huge. Like, pays taxes kinda big. The staff was extremely friendly, understanding, helpful, you name it, they nailed it. Wish I could remember the servers name, but I’m terrible at names. But young guy working the lunch shift on 12/18. That dude was great. The best part to us was the lawn golf. Golf has always been mine and my fiances date of choice, so it was already a win in our books. But the lawn golf experience is perfect for both experienced golfers looking to play a different kind of challenge, as well as people who have probably never held a golf club in their life and don’t want to shatter a house window at a yuppie neighborhood course. If we lived closer, we would be back once a week. But until y’all catch on to how great this spot is and they expand up to Huntsville/Madison, we will have to settle with visiting this spot every time we come down for an Auburn game. “Just had the best lunch at Hamiltons ever !! I got steak 🥩 and cheese sandwiches with the most delicious sweet potato 🍠 fries in the world!! Our waiter Sam Renfroe was absolutely amazing!! So friendly and so caring and super knowledgeable of the menu and super attentive to us !! Sam Renfroe is by far the best waiter and employee Hamiltons has !! If you’re looking for a nice restaurant in Auburn go try Hamiltons on Olgletree and asked for Sam Renfroe as your waiter you will be so glad you did !!!!“
