Had a mistake with a ck sandwich this morning. Manager was completely understanding when spoke to about food. He offered to make a fresh meal to replace mine. EVEN when I showed up 3 hrs late he still with a smile remade my food with no questions asked! Great job Ron!

Slowest, laziest bunch of people I’ve ever seen “work” in my life and the manager is just as lazy. don’t waste your time or money
We went through the drive thru today to get a family meal. The young lady at the register said there would be a short wait for the chicken and gave us free drinks and gave my Yorkie a piece of sausage. After a minute or so another very nice lady came out to the car and said it would be just a couple more minutes and she brought a cup of water out for my dog. Awesome people and a fantastic display of customer care skills! I highly recommend Bojangles on Pepperell Pkwy.

Super friendly, super fast, and super fresh. I order a Cajun filet biscuit and a steak biscuit add egg and cheese. Both were super hot and freshly made. I will be back!
