Doubt I'll be back to BWW for a while. Never have I ever been treated so poorly by a manager.. they were having issues with my gift card that I had gotten for Christmas and instead of giving me the chance to figure anything out, he proceeds to call the cops on me saying maybe when they get here I'll figure out how to pay.. literally 8 months pregnant and had me in tears while everyone stared at me.. my waitress and another employee kept apologizing and saying my next meal is on them, even offered to pay for this one because apparently the manager had been rude to them all day and this isn't the first time this had happened.. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ONE THING .. POOR MANAGEMENT IS ANOTHER... I WILL NEVER EVER BE BACK. ATLEAST FOR A WHILE...GET HIM OUT OF THERE.

We got their for a late dinner. The floors were filthy as was the mens room. For an almost empty facility, it took an extremely long time to get a chicken sandwich.

This was probably the worst experience I have had. All the other ones have been bad but this one tops them all. The waitress took our order and got an appetizer but it didn’t come out until our food did 30 minutes later. Not one time did we get refills. Burger was cold, got the wing order for two of us wrong. Sent it back and it was still wrong. Then the manager gave us a discount but charged me for the burger twice. I will not go back. This is awful

The service here is terrible I was totally disappointed with my food… when my food arrived to the table after waiting almost 40 minutes my order was wrong my food was also cold..the menu was dirty and sticky .. the waitress are taken on 4 and 5 different tables and messing up orders 🤬

I’ve been going to this Buffalo Wild Wings location for 10 years now and enjoy the experience every time. Very friendly staff and I think it’s one of the best places in the world to spend your NFL Sundays. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Restrooms are horrible they need to come up there and clean them but other than that the service is great it took so long for the food to come out 😭😭
I’ve been going there frequently over the last few years because when the beer is good and the good is, it’s a great place. When the service is bad though it’s terrible. Last time I went the much ultra was FLAT. The manager refused to change the keg. Also gave her a coupon for 20 percent off that another manager gave me and she wouldn’t honor it.

The service is awful. I was there two weeks ago and we ordered the bottomless appetizers. It took for ever to get the 1st set of appetizers. Then we put in for a 2nd order of appetizers. It was about 10mins and waitress came and said are y’all ready for the check? Umm, no we are still waiting on our appetizers. Got the bill and was charged for 2 beers. I only had 1. Then tonight we decided to give it another chance. The service was still awful. Asked for water with lemon. The lady said no lemons at the moment. They had to cut more lemons up. We ordered our food. The food took forever to come out. When we got the food we had no silverware. We waited patiently. Waitress was no where to be found. I finally got up and had to go to front and ask for silverware. The waitress brought us plastic silverware. She said no silverware was clean. The wings were cold and some were small and hard. I asked for manager. It took me asking 3 times to get a manger to the table. She was not very helpful. Basically telling us they go in fryer to warmer to table. I told her if food sits there before brought to table and then have to hunt down silverware the food is no longer warm. Will not be back ever. This place needs to have better service and better food. Don’t waste your time or money.

Watched groups of 3-5 people that came in after us order their food and was done eating before we even got ours. just decided to leave. Asked to talk to a manager and the manager didn’t even come out to talk to us. Terrible customer service.

Great grub...did the bottomless apps + an everything bagel pretzel bites with beer cheese. For the apps we had chips & cueso, onion rings and mozzarella sticks. All were very good. Friendly staff, clean and seated quickly.
