I drive from GA to Opelika occasionally because I volunteer with a rescue dog transport. This location is a good meeting spot. I hadn't been here in a while and was very surprised when I went today and the entire building and parking area has been remodeled. The parking area is larger with better landscaping. The junky area at the back of the lot is gone. There is a double drive through now. The interior is completely remodeled with a fresh and clean look. I didn't get food but did use the bathroom, which is clean and well maintained with modern fixtures. It's much improved over how it looked previously.

Had a mobile order I put in given to the wrong person and they wouldn’t remake it for me they told me to cancel my order. Unacceptable remake my food for the correct order it’s not on me you gave my food to the wrong person.

To start, the first thing I saw was the line pretty much out the door, but theres still only one register open. Waited in line for about 15 minutes to order my food. During that 15 minutes, about 50% of the orders before me were wrong and had people pretty much reordering their food. I order my food, but two of the items are the special items. the cashier asks someone about the first one, but the second one she didn't even bother ringing up and said that she'd tell them to make them for me. She apparently never tells them so I don't get them. Get my cup after waiting for the meal to be made (took another 5-10 minutes) and go over to the drink station, which is a disaster. Spills and trash all over the counter and floor, and the drinks are watered down. Not the best experience

I’m not sure if all African American customers look alike or there was a misunderstanding with the customer before me but I had a disappointing experience at this Burger King location. I stopped by to get an ice cream cone due to the heat, and upon entering, I was not greeted instead, the cashier, Melissa, immediately asked what else I wanted. I explained that I had just walked in and hadn’t had a chance to even look at the menu. She seemed frustrated, which set a negative tone for the interaction. When I received my ice cream cone, it was poorly made melting, messy, and without a napkin. This experience was especially surprising because I usually stop by twice a week for breakfast and have always had great service. Unfortunately, after this visit, I’m unlikely to return to this particular location. It’s hard to understand how some employees in customer-facing roles can show such little regard for customer service.

Worst fast food experience you could ever have. Workers are moving so slow and the one person manning the front keeps walking away meanwhile there's a line to the door. Every order was also messed up and people had to keep coming up to get sauces and stuff but were being ignored. Went to the bathroom to see 2 workers in there taking up both sinks doing their hair. When I got my food the bun on my burger was hard and soggy at the same time somehow. Also every table was dirty.. all were available but I didn't wanna sit at any because they had crumbs and sticky residue. Disgusting.

This is my go-to BK when traveling for work. Staff is always polite and attentive and they even know my order when I arrive. They just completed renovations recently and added ChargePoint EV chargers to the parking lot. Plenty of room to maneuver in and out. Big rig friendly.
