Very disappointed. I used to love this location for its fresh, quality food, but no more. The dining area was humid and uncomfortable. One ice maker was still broken (over a month since my last visit), the fries were not fresh and poorly seasoned. The burger patties were tiny and unimpressive. Service was very slow for a fast casual chain, and I noticed (to late) that most tables were waiting on food. (This was not a busy night)

Onion rings were fantastic. All of our other food was just ok. Took my family of 6. Burgers were bland, both bathrooms were nasty, and service was not very good. Our milkshakes never even came so I actually had to get a refund when we were leaving. After hearing good things about the BurgerFI chain, I was looking forward to trying it. But the experience we had for all the money we spent makes this not worth it. I doubt we’ll ever go back, especially to this location.

Slow service for sub par burger and overcooked fries. The meat on the burger was thin and way over cooked. Took over 25 minutes to get the food which would be fine if the burgers were thick and needed that time to cook. They were paper thin and would cook in 1 or 2 min tops.

Always short staffed, staff constantly complaining out loud, order is always wrong. Love the food but hardly worth it anymore. Don't try to order online either, they don't check them so they never "have" an order for you. Waste of a great establishment for poor management.

Absolutely the worst ever. Fries were cold. I order classic chicken and they gave me spicy chicken and cooks complained the whole time while remaking the food. Never again will I eat here!!!!

I change my high praise. New management and the food quality has went down bc of it. Tried the place 4 or 5 times after we noticed to give benefit of the doubt even at different times of day. Even took friends & family. FRIES are so greasey you can eat, burgers & chicken sandwich are no longer good. Such a sad disappointment. Need people that care to work there once again to make the food Great Again. PLEASE.

Great staff at BurgerFi! They were very courteous and attentive to make sure everything was just right. Food was hot and fresh!
Great food burger was good and fries were excellent will definitely be back. Prices not terrible. Great service.

This place was really good. I had the vegetarian burger. It was huge and I was extremely full. You wouldn't regret coming here. The guy in the front didn't know much about the menu, which was frustrating because this was my first time visiting, but everything else went smoothly.

I was excited to finally try Burger Fi.From the moment we walked in I could tell it was going to be questionable.The place was dirty, tables, floors, it just felt nasty (didn't go to restroom)Then came time to order. I asked the lady a couple of questions and she acted like she would rather be scrubbing toilets. ?I explained it was our first time here but she just remained inconvenienced.We got our food, the fries were almost burnt, the wagyu burger patties were super thin and both burgers were pretty tasteless.Maybe they had an off day, but when everyone was sitting down and not cleaning, forgive me for not expecting much more than what we got.

Food was too pricey for the quality. It was eatable but not worth it! The cashier was very nice and took the time to help us and check on us. But that was the one positive thing! After we ate I was going to take my daughter to wash her hands and we didn’t even walked in… the smell on the hall going to the bathroom was so bad that my daughter almost immediately hurled vomit.over all 2/5
