My husband and I took our daughter, along with her friends and my parents, to Cafe 123 to celebrate her 18th Birthday. And it was FABULOUS! As soon as we walked in, the atmosphere had a very sophisticated vibe and our Waiter and Waitress were on-point with their hospitality as well as their vast knowledge of the menu selections and recommendations. Next, the food was a CULINARY DELIGHT IN EVERY BITE!!!! It was apparent that the Chef put their heart and soul into every dish as you could taste the quality, freshness, and time in every morsel of food....and they did not skimp on the portions either..LOL! If you want fine dining in a terrific atmosphere, take your taste buds on a gastronomical experience to remember at Cafe 123. :)

100/10 all day everyday. From the made from scratch mini biscuits that melt in your mouth to the most delicious ribeye you’ve ever tasted prepared by chef Aaron Bass whom I happen to be very fond of. He very kindly specifically prepares my steak for me even though he most certainly doesn’t want to (well done lol) and the entire meal of tender ribeye, amazing mashed potatoes and I subbed for asparagus, simply will knock your socks off and bursts with flavor.. Amazing meal every time! Hobson is normally our server and he’s equally amazing, courteous and attentive. The restaurant is beautiful and vintage looking with superb ambiance and beauty. It’s a true TREAT when I get to come here during my visits from Florida.
Parking: Parking on the street or there’s a parking lot directly behind the restaurant. At night there’s plenty of parking just across the street in courthouse parking lot.

The food was amazing!!! I loved the scallops and chicken skin appetizers. The fresh made Caesar at the table was great with house made dressing and croutons. The steak was cooked ro perfection and the sides were delightful.

We chose Cafe 123 for an anniversary dinner, and it was all that we hoped it would be -- delicious, romantic, and memorable. Everything we ordered was absolutely delectable, from the fried asparagus appetizer to the grilled crostini bread service to "The Pork Chop," which now tops the list as the best pork chop I have ever tasted -- savory, succulent, plentiful, and perfectly prepared. The service was friendly, efficient, and polished. It is not a restaurant for every occasion (plan on at least $50 per person), but for a special occasion, I would highly recommended Cafe 123 in Opelika.
