Janae was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Moriah made my bowl perfectly and paid attention to every detail. Chris kept everything moving fast and smooth with great energy. Jakeeia wrapped up my order with a smile and made sure I had everything I needed.

I normally go to this location because it’s the best in the Auburn area but today I was highly disappointed. There were 8 employees visible and only one was working the line while also having to restock and work register. The wait was super long and then they were out of black beans, chicken, and guacamole. They scraped out the tiny amount left of the sour cream and corn to put on my bowl. When I asked if they had anymore they said no. Then at the register the price was more than every other time I have come so I questioned if that was correct, and she was super rude to me. This place has seriously gone down hill, it used to be my favorite location but not now. Don’t waste your money for a bowl with nothing in it because the staff won’t restock and cook more food.

Super rude manager told me I can leave when I asked for a little more. I was getting double protein and they gave me not even a half scoop when it was supposed to be a full. Employees just did not care or were scared of the manger. Tried telling him I wasn’t trying to cause any issues just wanted what I was paying for. He just mumbled something under his breath. Not coming back terrible experience.

The food is genuinely good… if they have it. They are always out of everything and you could come right when they open, a busy hour or a random time in the day and they are ALWAYS out of everything. On top of that the employees are flat out rude and don’t care. They give you blank stares when you ask for literally anything. When they actually have stuff (and that’s rarely the case), the food is great but like I said they’re ALWAYS out of everything. Unless something changes, I’m never coming back as this is the eighth time it’s happened to me in 2 months. I tried to give them a chance but this is unacceptable.

Terrible service because only one person was working the counter..Food mixed in with other food, trash not taken out. A man comes in and goes behind the counter started arguing with a customer. He was extremely loud and unprofessional. I will not be back!

Went in there before clocking in my job( I also work in food industry) so I know what to expect when walking in a restaurant but my experience was nothing good to keep it slightly respectful not only wasn’t I greeted but The tables and atmosphere was dirty leftovers from previous customers everywhere and unorganized utensils debris of napkins and straw paper it just was completely dirty and looked as if someone had just left all tables unattended and the guy in the black collard shirt seem to have been a KM or SM manager was the most disrespectful out of all of them specifically this location I expected better. He had the rudest energy I’ve ever encountered with ANY restaurant I’ve been too not only was I not pleased with the food considering every ingredient I asked for was literally throw onto my bowl as well as my mom’s my mom also experienced poor service when she asked for a double serving of meat knowing that it was extra change which she was fine with paying he still was very hostile and nasty I will not be back considering my experience was very poor I’m disappointed to say the least !

One of the better Chipotle restaurants I have visited in a while. Workers were extremely nice along with the supervisor on shift. She went the extra mile by marking each sandwich. The young man that made our sandwiches was very patient and extremely nice. Glad I stopped here.
One of the nastiest employees when it comes to customer service. One of the line workers gave me a ton of attitude when I ordered a chicken three pointer with extra steak. He told the cashier to ring it up as a full bowl and when I started to explain he started arguing with me… I worked as a cashier at Chipotle for 4 years. Simply was trying to explain how to ring it up. As a result of them up charging, I had employee put a bunch of sides in cups… it wasn’t about the extra couple dollars that bothered me, it was how he responded to the situation that was bothersome.

I have gone in the restaurant several times and everytime the workers attitude is horrible. The front line counter is disgusting, and they NEVER have coin change to give you back. But beside all that, the attitude of the workers is ridiculous. I will NEVER go in that store again and I hope you find people with better customer service.
