I only visited the store, but the store staff was friendly and helpful. I love the clearance area, especially since its about all that's affordable in the store. But the store is still enjoyable for shopping. I don't really eat in the restaurant because there is nothing really nutrious or allergen friendly on the menu.

My lovely wife and I ordered takeout for dinner one evening. The young lady that came to the car to tell us it was going to be a few more minutes because the chicken was cooking was very nice. Food came shortly there after and everything was good and hot.Parking: Plenty of spaces to park at that time of day.

It has always been fantastic to us. Today was no exception.Furthering the adventure . Today is Thursday, 7 December, 2023, and I tried something different, takeout. The experience was better than eat in. The portions were large and everything was heavenly . I was at The location in Opelika, exit 62.15 April 2024, had roast beef today. Everything spectacular and the service was impeccable.Wheelchair accessibility: They have great handicap parking with large spaces

Food is so good it'll make your tongue slap your brain out! Seated right away, service was spot on (both timelines and friendliness), food was excellent, price really can't be beat, and the gift shop was stocked to the brim with goodies. Party of three, we give it 6 ??????'s up
One of the worst experiences I've had at a cracker barrel. The hostess and waitress were good, and efficient. But I ordered the meatloaf and the potatoes were cold and barely any gravy. The corn was bland and the corn muffin was cold and hard as a rock.BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY... One of the servers...and I emphasize ONE...was running around wearing a mask. Was she sick? If so, why was she allowed to work? I overheard a server in another restaurant a week previous say she was wearing a mask because she had the sniffles and didn't want to give anything to anyone. Are you kidding me?If you are in a job that puts you in contact with the public, you shouldn't be allowed to wear a mask. If you fear you'll catch something...GET A DIFFERENT JOB! You have no business interacting directly the public. It leaves a VERY bad impression to those of us with an IQ above 80.
