I should have read the reviews. I ordered pizzas for the school over the phone, making it clear it was a school tax exempt order. I was then charged double for the pizza in store and only then told they could not do specialty pricing over the phone. I have placed school orders over the phone for years with Domino’s and never had an issue until this location. The manager was rude and dismissive. Choose another Domino’s. This one is terrible.

Was in the area running errands (Fri 3/21) and decided to take advantage of the 50% off deal to try the new stuffed crust pizza. I live in Lanett and used to work at that store, but I love this location. Ordered before leaving Walmart and my order was literally ready by the time I got down the road. As always everything was hot and fresh exactly as I ordered it. The young lady who brought my order out was correctly dressed for work, clean/neat uniform from head to toe. It was really refreshingly nice as usual. I'm a pizza lover so keep up the good work and you guys will always get my money even when I don't have it to spare. Thanks for making dinner easy again.

Yesterday was Friday! My total was $33 I went in with $100. I may be had $20 more on me. The man told me they didn't have change for it and couldn't sell me the food! I was so mad because I had been standing up all day working and didn't feel like cooking. It was near 5:00 p.m and he was trying to tell me that they didn't have change for $100.

I suggest ordering from different store and verify your pizza before accepting. Ordered deluxe specialty pizza and added olives but received a pizza only w/ olives. What a joke this store is. Could not reach anyone working at the store via call as well.

First time trying dominos in Alabama. I spent $30 on a dessert and a large pizza with two sauce cups the pizza was undercooked and doughy, and the lava cakes tasted like coffee. They were terrible. Never again!

Got my food delivered and it was missing 1/2 of what was paid for. When I contacted the store- there only way to “make it right “ was to give me a store credit (?why would I come back to reorder? ) OR remake and deliver it out BUT it would be over 45 minutes- when this original order was already late. Then to open it up to see the tiniest chicken wings I have ever seen and the pasta burned!?!? Do yourself a favor and DON’T order from here - it’s not worth the “good price and deal” - I’ll spend the extra $$ and get better food and experience. The savings aren’t worth the frustration.
