Waited around 20 minutes for one coffee and munchkins. Ppl in front of me waited even longer for just two coffees. The woman running cashier was having a busy day for sure. However I was the last order she took for a couple minutes. I didn’t mind waiting, but as soon as she took everyone’s orders, and the ppl that were vocally angry were gone, she decided to talk to the girl at the counter for minutes. And gave her munchkins to her first when I had ordered mine beforehand. What is funny is she was talking about how people overreact and she can make drinks really quickly, which I guess is why she was in no rush to make my order. Eventually a guy working drive thru came over and made the order for the ppl in front of me and then mine. And grabbed munchkins. He did this all under 5 minutes. The guy was a really great employee idk if my order would’ve been made if not for him. I’d assume the drive through would be quicker if they had the same ppl working, so I recommend only going through the drive thru.

Management needs to get a grip, I pulled in 22 minutes after 7am today to grab a quick cup and they are closed because no one showed for work. Fire the whole “team” and bring in competent, reliable employees.
I go to Dunkin in valley everyday, I was in opelika for dr appointments today and not only was the service terrible but I was also overcharged and my drink was DISGUSTING. I ordered a caramel iced coffee and for whatever reason the cashier rang me up for caramel and French vanilla, I never mentioned anything about French vanilla and when I asked for it to be fixed she had a attitude like I gave her my order wrong. From now on I will only go to valley store. I wasted $6 on a coffee going to another store ? I’m all for being understanding but the attitude on top of my drink being wrong really turned me away. I’ll never come to this location again I’ll just wait until I’m back in valley from now on.

I’m a Dunkin’s Girl❤️ i love the donut iced coffee with cream and sugar. It obviously pairs perfectly with a blueberry donut! It’s always affordable and delicious.

Never have any donuts and they have hours before they close. Don’t have any lemonade even though it’s in a jug. Or they just don’t answer in the drive thru this is the second time I have went to this place today and it doesn’t matter. Will go to Kristy Kreme from now on

I love getting their hot coffee, grilled cheese and and their sausage egg and cheese biscuits there. We also, sometimes get an ice-cream every now and then as a dessert and have fun.
Parking: Well if you go in to dine in there is a limited amount of parking available but you can still find away to park to go in. There's a drive through available also if that helps you out.
Kid-friendliness: I know most of the workers are kid friendly in there. If they get someone new that comes in we don't know we have to get adjusted to them to see how this person treats my grandson or they will be out of there.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it is wheelchair ♿ accessibility for the ones who needs to come in order and eat.
