I’m not going to lie and say the service was terrible. Our waitress was very nice and completely understood why we left. The place was clean, cold, and smelled clean. However the salsa was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever put in my mouth. I had to spit it in a napkin it was so gross. It smelled and tasted like rotten shrimp. It was not red or green. It was a brownish color. We really only came for the chips, salsa, and margaritas… but couldn’t eat the salsa and when the margarita came it had a bug in it. We didn’t stay for anything else. Kinda feel like if you can’t get salsa or a margarita right, I’m not brave enough to try anything else.

Healthy food, the place with diverse areas, but a little out of place between them.
We ordered take out from this place and the past 2 times our orders were not as expected. The cheese dip we have gotten seems like it's left over from other people chunky with pieces of stuff in it and looks like it's been microwaved. Our fluatas were hard as rocks and had no taste. Barely a spoon full of rice and beans. We use to love El rodeo but what we have gotten the past few times is just poor quality and disappointing.
