TV was at max volume, employees watching football game. They did turn it down when we asked. Had to wait to place order until the employees finished their argument (which included loud, foul language). Then, when my son tried to use the restroom they hollered loudly and rudely that it was out of order. That bathroom is always out of order. I ordered two subs today through the app, But I had accidentally ordered them to the wrong location (Opelika location instead of Phoenix city). Once I got to the Phoenix city location I quickly realized i had ordered it to the wrong place because they couldn’t find my order, so I called the Opelika location to see if I could cancel my order because of my mistake. I was told by a girl manager at the time that there is no exceptions for canceling order if I had ordered it ordered...

We came in with our toddler and had the absolute BEST experience. The staff is truly amazing! They were helpful, kind, and incredibly friendly. I can’t say enough positive things about this location and the guys behind the counter. What a breath of fresh air.
