Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Great burger place with outstanding custard. Need one of these in Montgomery AL.

Update: still one of my favorite burger places in the area. Great food and excellent service.

The staff was unfriendly

Pulled into the drive thru at 9:50! Parking lot and drive thru lights start turning off fast! It's still only 9:56 but they are definitely not getting the business from the 3 cars that just circled through! Pretty bad for business!

We live in NC, headed to Florida and stopped here. We have a Freddy's in our area and we tried a while back and it was not good at all. Food was cold. Service was bad. BUT THIS LOCATION is a whole different story. The food was hot and delicious. Staff was super friendly. Need to come back to NC and show my location how it's done!

went to go pick up my burger and there were no shoestring fries! one of my favorite things about this place was its thin crispy fries but now they’ve swapped to boring generic ones?:( the food and everything else was amazing but the fries were the glue to it all edit: just went yesterday and the shoestring fries are back! thank you freddy’s i loved my lunch yesterday 10/10!!

You know what Freddy’s is all about. The best smash burger food chain all around. Need more out in the west coast. The service here was amazing and very friendly.

My family has gotten food here 4 times and 3 out of the 4 orders were wrong. Food is good, just check it before you leave

Their menu is simple, but their patty melt, chicken fingers, and cheese curds are quite delicious. Their custard, especially the chocolate brownie delight, is a particular favorite of ours. We visit a few times a year and have always been pleased. The staff is courteous. However, given the limited seating, the booths could benefit from more frequent cleaning. That delicious custard can get those tables pretty sticky. It is a quaint 50's retro establishment to stop in for a quick bite.

The place was dirty and the girl at the register had no personality.
She kept cleaning baskets while we stood at the counter. She said, I can take your order and do this at the same time.

Great burgers and hotdogs. They never disappoint, just a good, reliable place to go if you're craving burgers.

Very good burger and fries. We do not have one where I live, so when I see one I stop. Glad there is a store in Opelika...need one in Montgomery or Prattville.

Got the Prime Rib Sandwich Combo with cheese curds and it was so good. Order was correct in the drive thru. Another person in our party got the California burger combo with onion rings and they liked theirs as well. Food was very tasty. The service was great. Friendly staff.

Poor all around customer service. The young lady that took my order seemed annoyed with my questions about the menu. To make matters worse the manager showed little interest in addressing my concerns.
