I went to the store to pick up my DoorDash order and while waiting for my order, the manager sat there at the drive-through staring at me in a harassing way and eyeing me down. It was a very uncomfortable situation. I had to look down and turn the other way. I asked the cashier for my order when it was my turning line and she just started mumbling, and then took her time to slowly make my shake with an awful long amount of time. The name on my DoorDash order is Allen H and the pick up time was 8:54 pm

Our first visit to a Freddie’s. Food was pretty good and Staff was very nice and friendly. I am giving them 3 stars because of the cleanliness of the restaurant. Floor looked like it had been days since it was last mopped, there was food and trash on the floor, tables were for the most part clean but they were very wet. And sadly woman’s bathroom was not any better. We could have caught them at the end of a rush but in my opinion cleanliness should always be priority these days.

The guy at the window was nice but

Was a fried cheese curd into my mouth with someone’s curly hair on it also me having to pull their hair out of my mouth.

Just ok- lady at drive window was pushy and not very patient. My burger didn’t have not nice crispy edge like it usually does and was very smushed.

I like that the bugers are made when you order them.

I ordered a triple cheeseburger with all the toppings, when I picked up my order, there was a long hair stuck to the cheese, so I asked them to remake it, when they remade it, they made a regular double cheeseburger, not a triple with all of the toppings that I had ordered and when I brought this to their attention, they asked me if I actually expected them to remake it again. That’s when I pointed out the fact that I paid for a triple cheeseburger with all of the toppings I had originally requested, but did not receive it. The final result is they made another patty and gave it to me by itself below all of the toppings which resulted in the patty being cold and was expected to put the burger together myself.

Floor was disgusting with food and frys spread around. No one on the staff was cleaning up the dinning area like normal. Bathroom had no paper towels. The lady calling orders was saying it so fast she was confusing everyone and had seemed to be upset when you asked what she said. I love Freddy's but not that day.
