I ordered a triple cheeseburger with all the toppings, when I picked up my order, there was a long hair stuck to the cheese, so I asked them to remake it, when they remade it, they made a regular double cheeseburger, not a triple with all of the toppings that I had ordered and when I brought this to their attention, they asked me if I actually expected them to remake it again. That’s when I pointed out the fact that I paid for a triple cheeseburger with all of the toppings I had originally requested, but did not receive it. The final result is they made another patty and gave it to me by itself below all of the toppings which resulted in the patty being cold and was expected to put the burger together myself.

Floor was disgusting with food and frys spread around. No one on the staff was cleaning up the dinning area like normal. Bathroom had no paper towels. The lady calling orders was saying it so fast she was confusing everyone and had seemed to be upset when you asked what she said. I love Freddy's but not that day.

I tried Freddy’s today for the first time and the food was fresh and good. I loved the seasoned tots and the patty melt was great also. The main reason I’ll be coming back to this restaurant is the customer service. The staff in the drive through (Gideon, I believe is his name) was so nice and personable. He recommended me to get the fry sauce and I’m so happy that he did because it went perfect with my lunch. I’ll be bringing my family next time 🫶🏾
My uncle wanted a shake so we did the drive through. Very good.

We went through the drive-through on a Saturday afternoon which was extremely extremely slow even more so than you would expect on a busy Saturday afternoon plus the food was so greasy and halfway warm and I had a bellyache the entire rest of the day

Food is always great! This time I had my roommates dog in the car and they asked if we wanted a pup cup with peanut butter! Of course! We both thoroughly enjoyed our food from here! The service is always top notch here! I love a Freddy's, no matter how far I have to travel to eat at one! The flavors are so reliable!

Pulled into the drive thru at 9:50! Parking lot and drive thru lights start turning off fast! It's still only 9:56 but they are definitely not getting the business from the 3 cars that just circled through! Pretty bad for business!
We live in NC, headed to Florida and stopped here. We have a Freddy's in our area and we tried a while back and it was not good at all. Food was cold. Service was bad. BUT THIS LOCATION is a whole different story. The food was hot and delicious. Staff was super friendly. Need to come back to NC and show my location how it's done!
went to go pick up my burger and there were no shoestring fries! one of my favorite things about this place was its thin crispy fries but now they’ve swapped to boring generic ones?:( the food and everything else was amazing but the fries were the glue to it all edit: just went yesterday and the shoestring fries are back! thank you freddy’s i loved my lunch yesterday 10/10!!
