It's been a few years since a review but it's nothing like it use to be - BBQ Chicken was lukewarm, service was subpar it needs a change before we return

Me and wife walked up to to the counter so that we can order. Noticed that the front counter cashier and another employee was playing around and not paying attention to the customers. My wife ordered us the big baker and he said loaded and we both said the big baker and yet he still did not hear us and we paid for a loaded bakers instead of what we wanted. As the cashier was talking to us about what they were out of the drive thru cashier took the paper out of his hands. Once the food arrived the employee who brought us our food didn’t bring the silverware and said that she would be right back and never returned to our table so my wife had to go get the silverware. Me and wife have both loved coming here in the past but tonight was different and we may not be back. Also the manager was not around while all this going on don’t even know where he or she was. As for the dining room, there was not one single clean table. It was awful

My husband and I went to eat here, my husband got his food ate it and I still did not have my food. We waited an hour for me to get a baked potato. There were kids running all over the place, crawling under tables where people were eating. Definitely not a place we will be visiting again!!! I will tell my experience with this establishment with everyone i know and suggest they not go.

It’s nothing special or unique. You get your typical chain restaurant style bbq. It’s nothing I got to have but if I’m hungry and in the area I’ll eat it . There is definitely better options for the price point and experience.

Both customers' food was cold ...we each had a baked potato and okra. None of it was warm.

I’ve been FMBBQ for over 20 years. ( mostly Birmingham location). Tried the Tiger Town location today for the first time and subpar service is an overstatement! Open face brisket is my go to. When I say it was leather, that’s completely accurate! I mentioned it to the waitress (on her phone of course) she simply stated, “the guy in the back is new”. (No excuse) Because the brisket was trimmed against the grain in triangular pieces. I’m never seen that before! My two sides were Mac and cheese and collards. The Mac was tasty per usual however the collard greens, nothing but the stems! Come on tiger town, this is not FM’s reputation!
Those floors are slippery somebody's going to fall.

I ordered at the drive thru, waited almost 30 minutes for them to tell me they didn't hear my order and told me to drive back around to do it again.

Terrible service! We ended up leaving because we were never even acknowledged.
All bbq sauces were empty, my husband’s brisket sandwich had bones in it. The one preparing food didn’t seem to care at all.
The waiter was kind and apologetic.
We won’t be back.

Very nice worker’s
The food was excellent
The place is set up like a fast food restaurant. There is even a drive-through. Staff was friendly, and we will definitely go back when we are again in the area.
