Service was good, floors were slippery. Food was delicious and we did not wait long. Carrot cake was a little dense and tasted like pumpkin but otherwise okay.

Its.. food. It was just not the best overall, the service wasn't bad in anyway but the food just felt like something you'd get at a backyard BBQ. There's plenty of other places that do bar food better so just go to them

Went for dinner last night and horrible experience. The cashier was not friendly at all. The staff was already cleaning everything at 8 which is fine, but almost slipping every step you take is not so good, especially with no signs up warning you. Also, about 9 I asked for a refill of my sweet tea before leaving and apparently they already cleaned everything and went ahead and dumped it out.

The staff are all very kind and helpful when it comes to their community. Whoever was on the crew working on the night of Dec 26th is the absolute best. Thank you so much for your hospitality and great food. 🤍

I just want to brag on the girl working in the drive thru tonight 12/26 she was so kind and me if I needed anything to drink while I waited. After a long day of feeling under appreciated by my 4 year old it was so amazing to be shown kindness by a complete stranger in an industry where the customer service hasn’t had the best reputation in the past couple years. So thank you so much sweet girl.

I did not like it im from tx this is no bar b que i didn't eat just taste the sausage didn't like the flavor 30 dollars for nothing never goin to that place again
The food was good, but not $40 worth of good for two people. I got the brisket salad, which was a good brisket but had very little marbling on the brisket. It also was only a couple of ounces so for the price they charged I didn’t feel like it was a very good deal. That being said most barbecue places in town don’t even carry brisket here in Auburn, which is strange. The Keylime pie was good and I would definitely recommend that. My wife also had a salad and it was good as well as the side of okra. Even the side of Oak Grove, which was only a couple ounces was four dollars. So the bang for the Buck, here is not anything special and feels overpriced like the rest of the current economy. Service was quick, but not very friendly and I think them asking for a tip when it basically is still fast food quality is a stretch. I hope management will read this and make some changes because I do like full moon overall

Totally convinced the wood at the back of the restaurant isn’t used to smoke meats. If they do use it to smoke the meats, something Is terribly wrong. The brisket was kind of tough. My Mac n cheese was cold in places. Food was kind of bad honestly. Employees in the back raising their voices at each other at 7pm. You would’ve thought that place would be busy because that’s dinner time but not a soul in that place except myself and my wife. The whole time I couldn’t stop apologizing to her for recommending this place. Big disappointment and not how I remembered it.

The food was okay. For the price I paid I would expect more homemade items as part of my meal. $31 for this plate and a small drink.

The food was good but the wait was long. The manager Ron came out and apologized. I would return and give it another try. Update: returned three years later. It is worse than ever. Food was awful and cold. They brought out one meal and not the other. 30 minutes later I had to go to the counter and ask for food or a refund. The person at the counter would care less. Don't bother with wasting your money here. Go somewhere else.

Maybe I went at a bad time of day 3pm. Ordered a chicken sandwich and baby back plate the chicken and the ribs were hard. Threw away the food and my $27. I will not be frequenting this location again. Quite disappointing. At least the lady in the drive through was polite.

This is the third time I have ordered their Big Baker and I think they found the smallest potato back there. You look around and see people with potatoes twice the size and at $12.69 for a potato you should have a decent size one. I hate the way they bring out food one plate or two at a time. You have half your party finished or almost finished by the time everyone else’s food arrives. It makes it awkward as the people with food want to wait for your food but if they do then their food is cold by the time yours gets there. Salads take forever to come out and for the price you get very little chicken on it. This place used to be really good but it one of my least favorite places to go now.
