I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience at Full Moon BBQ was exceptional. I came through the drive-thru for my first visit, and Anna made it truly memorable. She was incredibly patient, attentive, and went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect. Her friendly attitude and helpful guidance made ordering a breeze, and the food was just as impressive. Anna’s top-notch service left a great impression—I’ll definitely be back!

Beer on tap was flat and fermented, the excuse was no one drinks that beer...Coke zero has a sign saying out of order instead of swapping the syrup. The bathroom was a wreck, pee all over the floor and in the stall there was trash and the toilet paper holder on the floor. Now to the food; the food was cold and mid AF, nothing great about it. If you want good BBQ go to Country's instead.

Went in for a interview October 18th,2024 at 4pm and walked up to the front to tell the Assistant manager “hey I have a interview at 4” he’s said “well your gonna have to wait” I said “ok I’ll sit over here” 20 minutes go by I go back up to the front and say “hey my interview was 20 minutes are we still on for the interview” He looks at me in disgust and rolls his eyes like I’m the problem and walks off. So I’m I’m like um ok that was odd so im waiting at the front still for him to come back im trying to ask again he walks off again I wait some more he keeps walking off like im irritating him! So finally the General manager comes up and is like “sorry for the wait if you can just fill this out I’ll get to your interview” so I walk back to the booth and thought about it and I just walked out. The Assistant manager was beyond rude I don’t understand how you can be so nasty at that ripe of an age it’s sad I couldn’t believe how he acted towards me it was completely disgusting and bad behavior for as old as he is you should be nicer. I thought this was going to be a great job the food smelled great and the girls at the front seemed friendly but that Assistant manger was very disgusting and rude and unbelievable. He could of simply said “hey I’m the assistant manager but the general manager will be right with you to do your interview” that would of been way better because I completely understand it’s 4 and people are coming in for dinner, but the way he acted just turnt me completely off he shouldn’t be working there or anywhere that involves customer service he has a nasty aura.

So I paid 19 dollars for a sandwich pork,fries,mac,and a coke So thats crazy expensive but I went ahead and ordered. I went to window pd and said that is high for fast food lunch hopefully its good .well the bun hard pork no flavor, the fries oil logged not done and no salt. The mac was nice and creamy and elbows cooked right but so much white pepper I couldn't eat. The only thing good was the 8 sips of coke because the ice that is used fills the cup tight .
Perfect restraunt idea. Love everything about this place. The food, the service, the drive thru aspect. Absoultely wish they built one near Anderson SC. I would pay billions. Anyways try the Sweet Tea and the White BBQ sauce.

We visited today around lunchtime and I left feeling very unhappy! My husband ordered a sandwich and fries and received his meal in a timely manner. When the server asked if we needed anything else I replied we still needed my meal. She went to check on it and 7 minutes later I received my chicken baker which had bacon bits and bar b que sauce on it. I ordered the potato with no bacon or sauce so I took the potato back to the serving window. Almost 10 minutes later I received my potato and there were bacon bits on it. I removed the bacon and ate the regular stuffed potato that I received, not the chicken baker I paid for. As I began to eat I realized that at least half of the chicken on my potato was skin, meat that was too dry to eat and a couple of bones. I was not happy!!! I am not sure I will go back and that is sad because we ate in there regularly. As a matter of fact we drove 25 miles to eat there.

We had the brisket. It was good but not super tender. We had wanted ribs but they were out at only 7 at night. The onion rings were fresh and delicious with the special sauce. Enjoyed the unique sweet vinegar cold slaw and the Mac and cheese
