I walked into Gigi’s hoping they could make a quick and small custom order, and I had several questions about vegan and gluten free options. The woman who helped me was a rockstar, answered all my questions with ease, and provided an amazing product!! Their GF cupcakes are always delicious, and they do offer a vegan icing, but it’s hit or miss if it is thawed if you ask for vegan icing without prior notice.

Beautiful cupcakes, 10 minute turn around for a small custom order- they really saved the day!

Gigi’s Gluten-Friendly cupcakes are delicious, particularly the Triple Chocolate Torte. I’m going to order them for an upcoming birthday for someone who doesn’t even need a gluten-free dessert. They are just so good!

Wonderful cupcakes and the BEST customer service around! I ordered a 6 count box of cupcakes for a gift and my 3 year old stepped on the box and smashed half the cupcakes. I went back right before closing and they gave me a new box and replaced the smashed cupcakes free of charge. So unexpected but so appreciated! Its not like I can resist the peanut butter icing anyway, but they have a loyal customer in me!

The chunky kid in me love this place. My only suggestion to anyone buying the cupcakes. I prefer my icing room tempt because once it goes into the refrigerator it’s changed everything not as great

Recently, I placed an order online directly through the Gigi website for a delivery, I needed to reschedule the delivery due to the recipient falling ill. I called the store 8 times during the duration of 1pm- 1:30pm with no answer and decided it had to be resolved that day due to the delivery going out tomorrow. Once at the store, I was met with a multitude of excuses such as the manager stating she needed to pick up her kids, they have a big delivery for a sorority, and maybe the employee’s were busy on the line with someone else. They were unable to accommodate my needs and told me I would be refunded but I would have to go back online to order because they also cannot place delivery orders in store. Although, they offered to help me reorder it on my phone I found that comment insignificant considering that's how I ordered the first time. I found this entire situation unprofessional and down right ridiculous. My biggest issue being I had to go out of my way to get information that could have been given over the phone.

Very nice people. They ensured I was linked to my rewards profile and had a sample of a cupcake I was debating on. That really helped make my decision. Plus they gave me advice on flavors that were leaving soon so I knew if I needed to get those asap. Good service is nice but when employees take the extra second to think about what the customer might what to know or care about it elevates that experience. We adore Gigi's! There's ample parking, the franchise is clean, and the staff is delightful, almost as delightful as those delicious cupcakes and cheesecakes. My family and I visit several times a year, and we're always pleased. The macarons are melt-in-your-mouth good. The cupcakes are enormous! The key lime, lemon blueberry, and strawberry cupcakes are a few of our favorites. They also offer mini cupcakes and have a gluten-free menu. Many of their flavors change seasonally. I follow their Facebook page to keep up with the new flavors. I have ordered several cakes from them, and the cakes are works of art, not to mention crowd-pleasing and delicious.
