Wonderful cupcakes and the BEST customer service around! I ordered a 6 count box of cupcakes for a gift and my 3 year old stepped on the box and smashed half the cupcakes. I went back right before closing and they gave me a new box and replaced the smashed cupcakes free of charge. So unexpected but so appreciated! Its not like I can resist the peanut butter icing anyway, but they have a loyal customer in me!

We adore Gigi's! There's ample parking, the franchise is clean, and the staff is delightful, almost as delightful as those delicious cupcakes and cheesecakes. My family and I visit several times a year, and we're always pleased. The macarons are melt-in-your-mouth good. The cupcakes are enormous! The key lime, lemon blueberry, and strawberry cupcakes are a few of our favorites. They also offer mini cupcakes and have a gluten-free menu. Many of their flavors change seasonally. I follow their Facebook page to keep up with the new flavors. I have ordered several cakes from them, and the cakes are works of art, not to mention crowd-pleasing and delicious.

I love their signature cookie. I went to get one yesterday , Saturday April 26, 2025 and it was old. (Extremely crumbly, no moisture, and cream in the middle was dry.) I was extremely disappointed since I do not live near the business.

This cupcake shop is a little slice of heaven! The treats are absolutely delicious—moist, flavorful, and topped with the most amazing frosting. The variety is fantastic, with something for everyone. On top of that, the service is outstanding—friendly, helpful, and always with a smile. If you’re craving something sweet, this is the place to go!

Disappointed. Ordered a custom cake with ganache drip and pecans on top for a male to match Maker's Mark decorations. Picked up the cake, no drip and no one there to fix it. Person in store did a drizzle, but honestly would have appreciated someone coming in to fix it. Offered a credit for the charge of the drip instead of a refund, but approved to refund after I requested. Hope the taste makes up for all of this!

First the pricing is high, but these are so good I don't mind. Love the cupcakes, and so did everyone else who enjoyed them. The worker serving me was very friendly as well, and did a great job even though she was training someone. Love going here when I have extra money to spend (:

The staff is super friendly! The desserts are beautifully made and super yummy! Within the 3 surrounding towns their macarons are by far my favorite. The cakes and cupcakes are both pretty and delicious! Will go here every time!
