Disappointed. Ordered a custom cake with ganache drip and pecans on top for a male to match Maker's Mark decorations. Picked up the cake, no drip and no one there to fix it. Person in store did a drizzle, but honestly would have appreciated someone coming in to fix it. Offered a credit for the charge of the drip instead of a refund, but approved to refund after I requested. Hope the taste makes up for all of this!

The staff is super friendly! The desserts are beautifully made and super yummy! Within the 3 surrounding towns their macarons are by far my favorite. The cakes and cupcakes are both pretty and delicious! Will go here every time!

The owner and staff are above and beyond wonderful to work with.We’ve enjoyed cupcakes here for years, they support my kids school, and today we had the most beautiful sheet cake done for a friend’s retirement reception and it was incredible and beautiful! Gigis in auburn/opelika is the best!!
Vegetarian options: I’ve enjoyed Vegan chocolate cupcake with chocolate or vanilla frosting. CALL AHEAD or order in advance.

I purchased cupcakes and cake here for my wife’s birthday. We didn’t like the actual taste of the cake too much. And the consistency of the cake was more of a cupcake. The cupcakes had a bunch of icing on them which we didn’t like, but that’s how they are in the pictures online so thats what we expected them to be. I appreciate them making the cake for us and making it the way we asked, we just didnt like the cakes very much. If you like that style of cupcakes or cakes then I would say go for it. If you want a more traditional cake and texture then i would try somewhere else.

I was so disappointed. I assumed a store specializing in cupcakes would be much better than the average cupcake and boy, was I wrong! The worst thing was that I paid a ridiculous amount of money for a sub-standard cupcake.
