This is the best Guthrie's I've ever been to! The food was so fresh and delicious, and service was 10/10. We were in town for the auburn Georgia game and came thru the drive thru late - me and two kiddos. We were pleased to meet the sweetest young lady, Lauren who happened to be working the drive-thru. She was so so sweet and went overboard to make all accommodations for our party and even helped me with directions when I called over the phone in route! I cannot go on enough about how amazing she was and how happy we were with our experience here. 10/10 recommend this location to anyone in the area or coming from out of town! Wish there were more people like her in the world it would sure be a better place! :)

Went through the drive through.. The young man dropped my change under my car, I had to pull up and retrieve it for him, asked for handsanitizer since I was all over the nasty ground, and the don't have any at all.every fast food place should have hand sanitizer... Dude you touch people's money then food. Nasty, won't be returning.

You don't get your money worth at this location. Seems as if they count out the fries all of our meals were skimpy. Stop being stingy and fill the plates or drop the price.

My experience is always a hit and miss. My food could be too salty, cold or over cooked. I wanted to give them another chance today and I guess when I said hello ma’am really scared her and she didn’t come back to the mic. I proceeded to go in and she ran to the back. The caucasian woman supervisor is always confused when interacting with customers of color. -10 won’t recommend. She still didn’t ask me to take my order also.
I have been to this location numerous times but today the customer service was superb. The two young ladies at the front counter were very knowledgeable, kind, patient, and courteous from the beginning to the end. Thanks ladies. Great job!!

Cold food you wait for far too long. Sketchy employees that are rude and obviously hate their jobs. Fingers are way small. Not a good experience or value. Zaxbys is much better with more options. Never seems to be anyone in charge there.

The young lady at the window had forgotten to put our two drinks out for us to take with us at the drive through. We had to go back through the drive through to get them. The young lady wanted to tell us that we did order drinks. The drinks came with the meals. She finally realized her mistake but never said she was sorry. She acted as if the drinks were on personal drinks. Needs to work on some good old customer service and manners.
