The first time in a long time of coming to this location that the manager was not barking orders like a drill Sgt. The crew was happy and a pleasure to be around. You need more mgrs like this that treat people like people and not soliders

Attempted to clarify order. Repeated order. Clerk got order wrong. Went back to drive-thru, corrected order. Then, they charged me more money for THEIR mistake. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!Update. They got it wrong again. Finally corrected on third attempt. Refunded the money. Burger was great!

Great place for families to enjoy fresh food and a very clean place
Kid-friendliness: I love Opelika 2 the service was fast quick nice friendly service and they took the time to make sure my family and I food was fresh hot and the crew alone with the manager I think she told me her name was Talisha Calhoun and she was being really professional I’ll most definitely be back again.Thanks Mary Haven!
