The morning crew including their manager Linda has the worst customer service skills. I was talking at a normal pace and was told to slow down. They said we can't ring it up that fast. At the window, they don't engage with customers and they don't ask if you could use any condiments. I asked as she handed my card back. She made a noise and said “you should have asked when you ordered.” Two of the workers have long, paint chipped fake nails which is nasty and not something that should be allowed in food services. The inside of the store has been closed for months. If your order is wrong, you have to wait in line and prove to them that you ordered the item plus if it's no longer breakfast hours, they will literally not give you your items.

I showed up after the posted opening time , at the drive thru and was told I had to wait 15 minutes. So , I did . This hass gotten out of hand at this location . Something needs to be done.
Only accepting cash at the moment. All of the "biscuit style" sandwiches were mangled. The biscuits in crumbs, eggs half off, etc. The French toast sticks were a bit extra crispy, but the kids still liked them. The drive-through staff was kind, and the food does come out pretty fast.

Okay, this is the second time. I've came to this particular location in travels and their card machine at the window doesn't work. So they tell you to come inside. Ok could you not Just take the order, then take card and scan it at the register in front. When I ask that she repeats, you can just come inside with a little attitude. No, I'll just go down to the next one. If you're too lazy to do something like to make the company money. Then I don't want your food because your probably to lazy to cook it right or check the date.

Today I got to the speaker after about 12 minutes just to hear "Sorry our credit/ debit card machine is down so unless you have cash we can't complete your order." Close it and move on.
