Service gets worse and worse with each visit. No one greets you to take your order. The lady just walked past me four or five times until I finally said, “Excuse me, can I order?” Order is NEVER correct. Ordered a hot tavern club today - sandwich is COLD and the tea tastes like windex.

As the only customer in the store, was disappointed that everyone was too busy to greet me and take my order. When order was finally taken, they were out of ham bones?? The sliced ham was overpriced and had no flavor. Not sure how long ago it was packaged. Think I'm done. Quality and taste don't justify the high price. Too many other "fresh" options to settle. Very disappointed as this was a full week prior to Thanksgiving. Can't imagine the zoo it must be this week.

Went a week before Thanksgiving to place and pay for an order and was told that they didn't accept orders for what we needed and to come at 9:00am on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. My husband arrived to a line wrapped around the building and a very rude manager who said you couldn't even get in the store without a reservation and "What do you people think you are doing without a reservation before Thanksgiving." This contradicts both the corporate website and what the employee told us when we attempted to make a reservation.
