Great food, the rolls are to die for, a cross between a donut and a dinner roll. I had the Shepherd's pie and it was good and came as a large portion enough for two. I also got the fries as an appetizer and these were thick cut fries that were crispy plus, not burned or hard just very crispy almost like a chip with a soft center, really excellent. The service was friendly, albeit a bit slow. We waited almost 15 minutes before a server came by for our drink order, but as we had not been in a hurry it did not matter at the time. The restaurant has a nice neighborhood pub feel to with sports on all the televisions.

Snarky, ill-informed server who thought it was funny to answer a question about a drink called Dirty Hippie with sarcasm because she did not know what the Guinness was mixed with. She then tried to excuse her sarcasm by proclaiming her ignorance, pointing out that she knew nothing about beer (obvious by this point), but was just a server (in an Irish pub). Exactly. I am sure the irony was lost on her but she was surely proud of her ignorance and arrogance.
The food was fine. Nothing special. Lots of other great places to eat in Opelika. Spend your money elsewhere until the notion of a professional and capable staff descends on the folks who run this place.
