The staff was very nice and the sandwich was very well put together. However the sandwich was extremely bland, and this was with everything on it. The turkey and roast beef lacked any kind of flavor. Extremely promising place if it wasn't for the lack of taste.

Can’t get online orders on time anymore. 3 times in a row I’ve had to wait for them to make my order. What’s the point of online ordering if you still have to wait for it, even if you wait 45 mins instead of the 15 the website tells you. Employees have had bad attitudes for a long time now. It’s just worse now because they can’t get online orders right. Jersey Mike’s please get your stuff together.
????? i used to come here alllll the time back in the day when i used to run here for lunch back in the 2007,8,9ish days. They were quick and efficient and it was nice and clean. I came here recently after ordering online because I took my kid to the doctor in the plaza, and well, i regret it. They said online u can walk in and get your sub from some place inside (to go shelf or counter or something). I got inside. There were 3 women working feverishly, so I have no complaints about that, but there was no pick-up counter or area or whatever, and no way to talk to one of them. The line was super long and since there was no grab and go situation i had to go and get my sick kid out of the car (which is why i ordered to go; also I could see him, so dont panic) but i ended up having to wait in the line anyway. Then, not their fault, but my kid was sick, so i had to take him to the restroom, so i lost my place in line and came back to an even longer line to wait in. Incidentally, I had time to look around, and in that moment, I noticed how dingy it seemed. Kinda gas station like. Posters posted everywhere, new paint needed in some spots, very crowded. I imagine it was uncomfortable for the people eating cause so many people were standing next to them trying to order. It really was uncomfortable. I finally got to the front, said what i needed, and said my name, and my sandwich was handed to me. It was soggy when i got home because of what I ordered and how long it had sat there. I was disappointed in that moment and because of that i dont think I'll be going there again.

I was in this facility on Friday around 5pm. There were 2 men working. The man that sliced my sandwich knew what I wanted due to the fact I am a regular and I never change from my 13. He provided excellent customer service and was very efficient as always. I asked him his name and it's Harrison. I highly recommend giving him a raise. He does his job with a smile.

I was in this facility on Saturday morning there was a woman and young man who was working. A lot of people walked in and they handled it with pose and did not get overwhelmed. I asked the young man what his name was and he said Jayden. He was very polite and courteous. I love coming to this Jersey Mikes they know my order when I walk through the door. I am always greeted by the employees and told to have a nice day when I leave. The store is always clean and stocked.
