????? i used to come here alllll the time back in the day when i used to run here for lunch back in the 2007,8,9ish days. They were quick and efficient and it was nice and clean. I came here recently after ordering online because I took my kid to the doctor in the plaza, and well, i regret it. They said online u can walk in and get your sub from some place inside (to go shelf or counter or something). I got inside. There were 3 women working feverishly, so I have no complaints about that, but there was no pick-up counter or area or whatever, and no way to talk to one of them. The line was super long and since there was no grab and go situation i had to go and get my sick kid out of the car (which is why i ordered to go; also I could see him, so dont panic) but i ended up having to wait in the line anyway. Then, not their fault, but my kid was sick, so i had to take him to the restroom, so i lost my place in line and came back to an even longer line to wait in. Incidentally, I had time to look around, and in that moment, I noticed how dingy it seemed. Kinda gas station like. Posters posted everywhere, new paint needed in some spots, very crowded. I imagine it was uncomfortable for the people eating cause so many people were standing next to them trying to order. It really was uncomfortable. I finally got to the front, said what i needed, and said my name, and my sandwich was handed to me. It was soggy when i got home because of what I ordered and how long it had sat there. I was disappointed in that moment and because of that i dont think I'll be going there again.

I was in this facility on Friday around 5pm. There were 2 men working. The man that sliced my sandwich knew what I wanted due to the fact I am a regular and I never change from my 13. He provided excellent customer service and was very efficient as always. I asked him his name and it's Harrison. I highly recommend giving him a raise. He does his job with a smile.

I was in this facility on Saturday morning there was a woman and young man who was working. A lot of people walked in and they handled it with pose and did not get overwhelmed. I asked the young man what his name was and he said Jayden. He was very polite and courteous. I love coming to this Jersey Mikes they know my order when I walk through the door. I am always greeted by the employees and told to have a nice day when I leave. The store is always clean and stocked.

I had taste for me a mike’s Philly from jersey mike’s and it was the worst. No one greeted me as I enter the restaurant. I couldn’t figure out if the boy making my food even worked there he had on black hat and cowboy boots. I said no peppers extra onions. He did not listen at all.. my daughter ordered a club sub which the man made it but forgot to take his hair out of my sandwich I didn’t order hair in my food… they was very rude about it. when I asked for my sandwich to be made the way I asked. He threw it away with attitude. I asked for a refund then he didn’t know how to do it no manager on duty. Someone needs to do something about this. Workers with long hair should wear a hairnet and be in proper uniform don’t work in customer service if u can’t do the job. When I asked for a manager it’s wasn’t one there WOW!!!!! Jersey mike’s need to tighten up

Never going back.. Ordered a cheesesteak and decided to eat it inside. First bite in i noticed my meat was well undercooked. Didnt want it to be remade because i lost my appetite due to this. But wanted to voice my concern to the employee to let them know they undercooked my meal. The enployee was completely careless rolled his eyes and said sorry. More worth it going to a different one thats a little further drive that has better customer service and cooks the food through
I've never heard of this restaurant before but I recently visited Jersey Mike's Subs based on a friend's recommendation, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised.?I decided to try the #42 Chipotle Chicken Cheese Steak, and it did not disappoint.?The sub was packed with flavor, and the chipotle sauce added a delightful kick to each bite? The chicken was tender, and the combination of cheese and veggies made for a satisfying meal? The size of the sub was a little too big (I ordered regular) but just right, leaving me feeling satisfied ??

I just walked in to Jersey Mike's, and was totally ignored I believe because of the political shirt I had on. The last time I went in they forgot my order and I stood there for 15 minutes. I believe the service has gone down because the older ladies who worked there in the past are no longer there.
