I had not been in many years, and they had expanded the menu quite a lot! I had the shrimp and chicken tender plate. I was surprised at the price increase, though. I expected 10 bucks, it was 14.50.

Worse food I’ve had in my life! Young kids acting up with customers orders grilled chicken fingers gave us fried the fish was so hard could not eat it! Fries was worse I ever had

The name says it all. You know you’re going in for some delicious, down-home, classic southern cooking. It’s not fancy or award-winning. It’s simply comfort food for a reasonable price.
This no frills diner with modest decor offers tasty chicken fingers, flavorful fried catfish, and crisp crinkle-cut fries. I really love the seasoning in the fish batter! And the employees are always super friendly. It’s a worthy stop if you’re craving southern food in the Auburn area.

Wings are usually great but today they were extremely greasy and weren’t cooked to order. They seemed as though they were left over from yesterday and warmed up in the microwave. DISGUSTING! Update: For some reason, my 7 year old daughter loves this place…? I guess that’s because she gets the Little Lamb plate with the chicken fingers and subs the fries for the cheese sticks. I will say those two items are pretty good but anything else not so much! Especially the huge wings/drums. I asked for flats because the drums in the pic were well see for yourself in the pic. The young lady Alayna was very rude and made a big deal out of it. She didn’t want to touch the wings and asked for my receipt…although my child likes the Little Lamb plate, I will not be returning and if so it will be drive thru! Alayna needs more training in customer service… lucky for her she was a child is all I can say. Do better Jim Bob’s! The cashier, black young lady, was awesome! Give her a raise. I wish I had gotten her name….

Absolutely love jim bobs but the size of the chicken tenders is ridiculous. It was mainly crust and still smaller than my finger. I paid $9 for that. Literally all 3 tenders I was given was the size of one chicken tender.

Was down in area visiting and just happened to be hungry so figured we'd give jim bobs a try and let me tell you wow so glad we did. Walked in a was a little overwhelmed by the huge menu but with help of the super nice older lady behind the counter it wasn't bad.
You order get your drinks and a number an your food is brought out to you when its ready.
I decided on the chicken fried sandwich (get it cut in half). My wife get the meat and 3 sides jalapeño corn bread coleslaw and Mac and cheese.
The sandwich is big and oh so good. I got it with just lettuce. It was super moist and filling. The fries were fried just right with the right amount of salt and crunch.
Wife got the boneless wings with BBQ sauce. She said they were good. The coleslaw was perfect. The Mac was super creamy. The corn bread was good too.
They have dessert options but we were to full to try any.
We will definitely be going back when we're in the area again next year.
