The staff here are always friendly and helpful. It does get busy, as any grocery store does, but they usually have everything in stock that I need if it isn't the day of a major holiday. Even then, they will be continuously restocking to the best of their ability.

I think I'm done with Kroger. Shopping there is just an exercise in frustration, with all of their deceptive prices. They have too many posted specials that hide the gymnastics you have to go through to actually get those prices. Plus, the store is getting more and more skanky, and the checkout lines are onerous. I think Publix is better.

Shopped here for years but will never go back. The store is great but corporate customer service is horrible. I had an Instacart shopper charge me $146 but I only received $74 worth of groceries. Despite providing ample proof of my original order, what I didn’t receive and what I did receive, I STILL have not received a refund for the difference of what was stolen from me. It’s been a month and they’ve done nothing but give me the runaround and a $10 in store credit. I’ll never shop here again.

Stood at the seafood department for about 15 minutes until I decided to walk off. I understand there is a lot going on in the back, but keep a constant check on the front because customers walk up at any given moment. I despise horrible customer service. I’ll continue to shop at Publix where each customer is served with exceptional customer service !

I went to this place today to get some lunch. I ask the African American woman behind the counter for thr chicken wing meal. The woman reply"We don't have any wings today." Mind you, I am looking at the wings she refuse to sell them to me. Another customer ask how much was one wing, the reply was I just put some wings in your box. I work at the mental health center and I am a combat veteran just because I am a woman and Latina she refuse to do her job which is to serve. If I could give this place a zero I would. I will be contacting headquarters.

The workers here are extremely rude for no reason? I’m not understanding why you are working at Kroger to help customers with their needs and being rude for no reason? I needed help with the pharmacy and they were being rude as well! I am a person of color so I don’t know if they were rude bc they are racist but I won’t be coming back to this Kroger. Don’t shop here there are way better businesses that actually care & aren’t rude to customers for no reason.

If I could give 0 star, I would. Never been able to find the promotion items in store. Aisle information in their apps are all wrong. High price with minimal customer service. I’d rather to shop at Walmart, with similar level of customer service, at least the price is lower.

Moved here recently, and had stopped at Kroger‘s before. As a long time Publix customer I cannot quite understand why many Kroger stores have an odor.

Got to self checkout and the worker Jeremy with 515 on his name tag went above and beyond with his customer service and took the time to patiently teach my autistic son how to use the register and the bill acceptor. He even covered the $0.50 I was short so that I didn't have to run back across the parking lot with my child. Hands down best experience ive ever had at kroger. And he even gave him a sticker for doing a good job paying. I wish I could give him way more than 5 stars. He deserves a raise.

This shopping trip was a complete nightmare. The manager and co worker watched the colored people checkout and never paid attention to the white lady who couldn't complete self checkout bc her groceries was filling the belt. My 14 year old niece was learning to shop and save. What an inpleasarable experience.
