The atmosphere is good and the food is good but the service is horrible. Waited for over an hour for food. There were 5 of us at the table and the food didn't come at the same time. By the time I got my food everyone else had already finished eating. Then my food was given to me in a to go container. I ordered with everyone else. If I could give service a ZERO I would.

I live out of town but I was invited here for a bday celebration in which we purchased a section, food, multiple bottles and hookahs. It was my first time coming and will be my LAST… the security guards were unnecessarily rude for no reason . I’m a disabled vet and due to injuries I can’t walk as fast. As I’m walking through the door I’m getting pushed by a security guard as he says loud “hurry up you moving to slow !” . Then the other guard says “hurry tf up before you not get in” ..meanwhile he had literally just put my wristband on and sees the brace on my ankle. It didn’t stop there , they got ruder as we exited .. as a business owner , this definitely made a poor impression on the establishment . Prior to this, I was recommended to buy a few tables for business brunch I’m hosting in Alabama in August , I definitely won’t allow my colleagues to spend their money there and possibly be treated the way I did .

Ordered a section ahead of time. Was rudely greeted by a huge musty security guard who rushed us inside. A group of old women sit outside the door starting at you while you wait to get in. Waited 45 minutes for bottle service. Once the bottles finally came out with no lights or bottle girls. The waitress sat a bucket of two $200 bottles down in a bucket with used dirty cups. Overall the DJ & food is good. Staff is awful though. Won’t be back.

First time going here. Food was great. Prices little high for drinks. Music was a little bit loud. But the customers had a great time singing along. I had a good time watching the young people. Security was great!

The biggest issue was one of the security guards being extremely rude to customers. Also the entry fee for party attendees is unclear. Slightly unorganized.

The food is always good and hot. I love the customer service, and I never have to wait too long for a drink if I come between the hours of 5-7. I enjoy the atmosphere.

I had a blast on BIRTHDAY ! Food was delicious, DJ/Music ?I was eating and dance at the same time..I would recommend that you go experience Level 1 yourself cause babie my party crew did not want to leave...I will be going back soon.
