We arrived on a Sunday evening as diners trickled out and empty tables piled up, clearly ready to be cleared. Meanwhile, a cluster of employees stood chatting, seemingly unbothered.

No greeting—just a vacant look from the hostess. The man behind her, likely a manager, finally asked, “How many?” “Two,” we said. He replied, “Just a couple minutes while we get a table ready,” then disappeared without another word.

We waited, awkwardly. After several minutes passed, we asked another staffer what the holdup was. His response? “It’s been exactly six minutes,” followed by, “It’ll be another seven or eight. We need a couple of people to prep a table for a party of thirteen.”

At that point, we decided we weren’t going to keep standing around. This place has been poorly managed for years—and last night sealed it. This was our final attempt.

Great Grub. I got the steakhouse burger and fries extra crispy. They nailed both. She got the grilled corn and the steakhouse Mac and cheese. She enjoyed both. The bread was good too...wish the butter wasn't frozen. All around good experience. Waitress was a sweetheart.

Uneventful experience. Food was ok, service was lacking. Atmosphere is exactly what you would expect.

Disgusting messy, tables were full of dirty dishes. bathroom was dirty with some kind of grease substance on the floor. Looked like high chances for getting food poisoning. We left without ordering anything

Overall was nice. I got the cowboy porkchops and they were pretty tough but still not bad. The Mac and cheese was pretty good. I wouldn't mind coming again but not my top pick.

Had another good experience at LongHorns. Been going since 2005 after Katrina. We drove from new orleans to Ft. Mitchell to pick up our new dog and grabbed a bite Tuesday night. Noah, who was an awesome server, took care of us second to none. We always seem to have a great time eating at LongHorns in different locations. As with all other locations I would highly recommend checking this place out!

We never got served the day of july 11 2025, people were arriving after us and their tables were been served drinks and appetizers. We waiting about 20min. To be offer drinks and not one server came to our table. This happened during dinner time. Awful service. I would not even leave a one star.

We had dinner at the LongHorn Steakhouse on 7/3/25. The food and service were both very good! I had the Parmesan Crusted Spinach Dip followed by Flo’s 9 oz. Filet. Highly recommended!
