It sucks when I order food for delivery and it’s never delivered. It’s always “oh I tried to call the number on the receipt but it wouldn’t let me dial it”. So it’s here at the store, had I wanted to pick it up I would’ve selected pick up. After my 4th time I’m finally convinced not to order again.

Ordered 20 pizzas for a work celebration. They agreed they would be ready for pick up at 11 AM. Got there early, the 19th pizza wasn’t ready until 11:20. Had to go back and pick up the 20th pizza. Had 60 people on break waiting for food for 30 minutes!

This has to be the worst Marco's ever. Used to be the best, but not the last two times. I don't know if it's under new management, or what. The first time a few weeks ago was the worst pizza I've ever had in my life. I believe the dough was overproofed, and it was literally split into two pieces (bottom layer, and top layer). And the top pretty much turned into one big bubble, and the cheese (maybe half the amount it should have been, ran towards the center and left basically 2-3 inches of crust all the way around. And I don't know if the lady forgot to put the pepperoni on first, or if this was a leftover cheese pizza, but she literally put a pan of pepperoni through the oven, and then I watched her dump it on top of the pizza. You can imagine how burnt and overcooked they were (90% of them were nearly black). Shame on me for not looking at the pizza before I left. This past weekend, I figured it was a one time fluke, and I would try again. Got a pepperoni magnifico and wings. Well, THE PIZZA WASNT EVEN CUT!!! At least it tasted good (although slightly burnt at the outer edges). I ordered buffalo flavored wings because my daughter didn't want pizza. Know what I got??? Freaking BBQ sauce and not buffalo!!! So now I had a pissed off child that wouldn't eat because she hates bbq sauce. Sorry Marco's, you got me twice. Won't happen again. Get your quality control back to what it used to be.

We have always been loyal customers for Marco’s Pizza and I ordered online and it said it would be ready in 27 minutes and get there and wait in line for over an hour for 3 pizzas it’s absolutely ridiculous.

This Marcos is absolutely trash it is the nearest pizza place to us and still a 20-30 minute drive. Always forgetting parts of my order and the pizza is always nasty. I will be driving the extra 15 minutes to little Cesar’s because even their cheap pizza is more edible then this trash.

I placed an order for pick-up, only because my lil sis was driving and we live 2 mins away. The app said ready in 20 mins and 30 mins if delivered. I'mma delivery kinda girl but... So upon arrival, at exactly 20 mins after the order was placed, our order wasn't ready. I asked how long and was told another 15 mins. I checked my phone to make sure I had my timing correct. I asked, would it really be another 15 mins? Some chic in the back started mouthing off at me about 20 mins being an estimate and blah blah blah. Going off like I insulted her mother or one of her children. For starters, I ordered my pizza and picked it up because I ordered 30 mins before you closed. Secondly, I'm 50 yrs old and your not gonna disrespect me like that, especially when your in the wrong. Last but not least, if you have the guts to trash talk me as a paying customer behind a counter, you best be big enough to own it. Even though she has my name and home address, she wasn't big enough to back her own play, She didn't think she should have to give me her name after cussing me. That's fine. I took pictures of the difference in my first pizza she didn't slice vs the one she did. Can't seem to post them right now but I'll try again when I'm not this angry. The rest of the employees were pleasant and slightly embarrassed of her actions as they should be. Working for her can't be easy. So La Shawn or Shae or whatever your name is, the injustice you did me is nothing compared to the respect of your employees that you just lost. You only had to make it 10 more mins and were home free, instead you left a lasting impression vomiting bs out of your mouth that was uncalled for and unbecoming. I hope you no longer work there next week when I order. If you are, I'll be getting my Philly cheese steak fix somewhere else. Okay, I broke my own rule. I reordered. Huge mistake, order was delivered twice, together...I'm single. I just paid $45 for a sub and salad twice cuz Marco's doesn't really care that there website duplicated the order. This has been going on for at least 18 months. I learned my lesson. That's what I get for being tired and wanting an easy dinner before bed.
Very helpful staff. Called in to order and they gave me every discount that my large order qualified for. Even helped me walk the food to my vehicle.

Decided to grab some New Year's Eve dinner since the other pizza places are still trying to hustle youfor every lil thing. Soo glad I thought of Marcos and placed an online order. Got great food amazingly fast for my bucks, along w/top shelf service and didn't have to cook. A win win!!! Guessing it was the manager who gave me my order, I wish I would've remembered his name because he was awesome. Considering this was Alabama v Michigan GameDay, everything was smooth and easy from ordering online to picking up. Worth the short drive. I've never had a problem with this location, so keep up the great work. I look forward to getting my pizza craving satisfied in the near future. Happy New Year🎉🎊💯

This Marco’s use to be fantastic, management must have changed , we ordered pizza for delivery like usual, an hour and a half later no pizza , so I call and the manager tells me I said for pick up and argues me down telling me I can come get this pizza if I want it but she will not remake it and doesn’t have any delivery drivers , even the employees don’t want to deal with her … I will eat frozen pizza before I order from this Marco’s again. Do not waste your money , because I guarantee you your order will be wrong , or not even show up at all

The best pizzas since sliced bread! All of their options are great. My kids love the Pepperoni Magnifico and the Spicy options with Chicken, I enjoy the Deluxe and any of specialty pizzas. All options from Marcos are tasty and delicious!
