The service was quick. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The food on the other hand was very poor. I ordered something that is probably not as common and it seemed as if it sat there baking under the heat lamps for quite a while. I was disappointed.

They were out of the grinch meal that they were advertising. The drive through line was all the way to the road. The voice from the box was friendly but the nuggets were hard the fries were hard and the sprite turned out to be just carbonated water *I don't eat McDonald's my niece asked me to go for the grinch thing and now I remeber why I quit going to McDonald's 🙃

Store is not open 24/7. They close at 11pm. I made a mobile order at 10:10pm and showed up at 10:20pm and all the employees had already shut down the store. I didnt get my food and McDonald's makes it impossible to get a refund. The employees dont want to work at all clearly and they are lazy. Fire the whole squad and get a new one.

We’ll here’s my large fries! $4 each after taxes. This is just unacceptable. These businesses have gotten so used to ripping off the people who made them who they are. They’ve all grown to big and don’t care or respect their customers any longer. Time to start returning this crap back to them until they learn to do better. I made them take this food back and give a full refund.

The doors were locked even though it was 6:50 am. The signs say they’re open at 5. Made me stand outside and I couldn’t get my mobile order. No one said sorry but another employee arrived and someone finally opened the lobby door.

Needs to be closed down til they can get better management & employees. They are suppose to be 24 hours but apparently closed at 930 last night. By 10 people were in the store but refusing to answer the intercom or come to the window. The lobby doors were also locked. This is an all the time occurrence. Obviously losing business doesnt matter too much. Every review has pretty much the same time of complaint. Either fix it or shut it down til you can!
After waiting at the menu screen for 20 minutes I pulled around to see what the problem was. There was a man standing outside of his car angry with the woman at the window about not receiving his payed order. After the man drives off I pulled up to the window and she shut and locked it and told me they were closed. And there were at least five other cars behind me. So keep in mind this McDonald’s is off the charts for a good reputation!

Signs on the door state new hours are open at 5AM. Doors were still locked at 5:51AM. Employee inside gestured open at 6AM. I left irritated and hungry.
