Waited 20 minutes for 3 burgers and a 4 piece nugget, when the manager finally hands us our food and I asked if he could give us the sauce we had asked for he pointed at a dirty used tray and rudely said “that’s the only one I see”. My burgers were wrong and we had to go back for them to correct the order. This place is a joke but the manager is an even bigger one. 0/10

Usually really good with getting orders right but I had gotten a kids meal that was supposed to be a 6 piece chicken nugget but when opened it was only 4. Wish I could say that was the only thing but unfortunately not. Nuggets were almost stale and sauce was missing. Really disappointed in my favorite location (it’s not hard to complete orders and I can say ik from experience at my time working in the downtown auburn location serving hundreds of people) even when busy

I was at the dining room door at 06:20am and it was locked. The hours were posted on the door that it was supposed to be open at 6am!!! I was told by the purple hair purple lipstick lady that I could go to burger king or waffle house!! I WILL BE CALLING THE CORPORATE OFFICE TO COMPLAIN!! IF I COULD GIVE -10 STATRS I WOULD!!!
