If I could give this McDonalds a 0 star I would. My husband and I placed and online order to pickup at the store. When we arrived, my husband was told they were no longer accepting orders and that we would need to get a refund through the app. The FAQ page states if you need a refund, you must get it from the store. When we told the staff member, they told my husband there was nothing they could do. When my husband asked to speak to the manager, the manager stated they were closed and he wouldn't be speaking to anyone. Then started cussing and yelling in the background. The employee returned to the window and said they were closed and slammed the window in his face. I am appalled by the behavior of this staff. Needless to say, we are out of the money we paid for our meals and we will never be returning to this location again.

Placed a mobile order at 10pm and paid. Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes with no answer. Several cars drove off, when I drove by the window I saw a guy still inside and the lights were on. I drove back around to talk and sat another 5 minutes with no answer. The app won't let you refund and tells you to contact the store. Called the store twice with no answer. Whoever was working tonight you could at least cancel mobile orders placed before walking out at 11.

Went to get something to eat. Doors were locked! Was told I couldn't get anything because there was only 2 people working? Sounds like no one was working if they were closed! Maybe they need to hire people who actually appreciate having a job ? ? I went over to taco bell and I'm glad I did. Their customer service was excellent! And as I'm sitting here at the truck stop eating, I've been watching customer after customer go inside and getting food? Guess they don't like white truck drivers?

Absolutely the slowest service possible. There was also always someone standing at the counter complaining about their order being incorrect.
If you want all your food don't go here! Normally i would give a pass for human error, but today makes the third time this location has failed to fulfill my complete order... today i got my fries and drink but not the burger. No phone is ever answered. And when i had to drive 15 minutes to get back to request the remainder of the meal i paid for i was met with a attitude.

Had us wait in the reserve for 30 minutes, no sauce in bag, not a single napkin, fries had no salt on them whatsoever, and lied straight to our face stating it took so long due to them cooking the breakfast sandwiches, we opened the sandwiches to find they were cold, so they were returned and the food they then gave us was also terrible. Will not and would not recommend. Literally any other McDonald’s would be a better choice.

The food is okay for a fast food place, but this shouldn't count as fast food at all. Took over 10 minutes for them to take my order, they short-changed me, and THEN got my drink wrong. TERRIBLE experience, 1/5 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
