Rude employee working drive thru. Very crowded inside & out.

Stood inside the restaurant for about 20 mins. Two employees clocked out. Three employees were outside. I walked an employee had her back turned and started telling!!! nobody said hey how are you may I take your order or anything. Another customer walked in ordered at the kiosk he asked for his receipt they didn’t give it to him. Mind you he’s been waiting for about 20 mins as well. Seems like they care about drive through more than front counter. I will not be coming back to this McDonald’s!!!
This has to be the worst Mcdonald's in the World. We stopped to get lunch on our way home from our trip. We went through the driveway, pulled up to the window to get our food. They handed me two coke products(which was already wrong because I ordered sweet tea). Once we received our drinks, they told us to pull into a reserved spot in the front of the store. 5 mins later, there was a gentleman that was bringing our food to us ( which again, I could tell was wrong because we had ordered a happy meal and there was not happy meal in his hand.) After telling him this, he takes it back and another women comes out 5 mins later which a similar brown bag (AGAIN, no happy meal in her hand). I told her this so then goes inside to retrieve the happy meal. She was very nice and even said she threw an extra small fry in the happy meal in. After opening the happy meal, THERE WAS ONE APPLE SLICE IN THE PACK for our daughter. This Mcdonald's need to close because they obviously don't care about their customers or can do anything right.

Took 35 minutes to get my food, and that was thru a mobile app ordering ahead of time. This tiger town location just needs more room. There is just not enough room there. And on top of that the employees gave me a bad attitude when I finally went in to get my food. Horrible experience

I ordered the steak biscuit and when did they start adding onions to it...it smelled just like the Salisbury steaks you get out of the frozen section, and the texture was hard .Disgusting...this McDonald's is great at Breakfast but I wouldn't hold your breath after lunch..

RUDE! The cashier would not let me finish speaking without interruption. Very poor customer service! Forgot extra sauces that we paid for. Lied about the coffee machine being broken because the staff member was preparing one for the car behind us. This place is in need of some morale boosting so the employees can treat their customers better….
I went to the tiger town location tonight around 8:45 and customer service was awesome! My food was hot and I never had a sandwich made so pretty all my years on going to a McDonald’s!

Locked their lobby in the middle of the day for seemingly no reason. I watched multiple people try the door and walk away and give up while I tried to call the store about opening the door. They never picked up the phone

This is by far the worst McDonald's! Your food is warm and dried out! not Freshly cooked, screw your order up after you've said how you want it & get a attitude with the customer when it's their fault it's not how you ordered it. Staff on the night shift stand around talking not caring for customers wanting to order at front counter! 😡Restaurant not clean. 🤢Told cashier my order for here because my food was bagged! Asked for a tray she replied we don't have any clean!🤔 tables were all dirty.out of sweet tea. The shift leader not leading! Manager not Managing! If you canBYPASS this McDonald's location drive thru backed up.inside no better 20 minute wait is ridiculous and food still not fresh!👀😡
