The bathroom was nasty.
The lobby was so dirty that there was no place to sit. The floors were sticky 😳 😫 😬
Workers were rude. This is at 10:30 in the morning.

It’s honestly baffling how poorly this situation was handled. I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru with multiple cars ahead of me, people clearly waiting on food, and signage indicating the location was open. Despite that, no one was served. Including myself, I ended up leaving because no one would do their job on 12/21/2025 around 10:30pm

When I got out to check inside, there were no employees visible until someone suddenly appeared and signaled that they were closed—despite the posted hours on the door and online stating otherwise. If the store was closed, that should have been clearly communicated before allowing customers to sit in line for an extended period of time.

This was a complete lack of communication and basic professionalism. Customers’ time was entirely disregarded. Situations like this are exactly why people get frustrated—this could have been easily avoided with clear signage, locked drive-thru access, or simply informing customers.

Or I have a feeling the employees are just being lazy and trying to close or pretend to be closed so they don’t have to do any work because it’s a minimum wage job and their getting paid by the hour, I can almost guarantee the employees don’t care if the business actually makes money. Management needs to look into that or fire this horrible team. I actively watched them do absolutely nothing with 7+ cars in the driveway and people actively waiting for their food.

Do better. This level of disorganization and indifference is unacceptable.

People were rude also DID NOT GET OUR MONEY BACK! So my husband placed an online order through drive thru. We waited for at least half an hour, we get up there tell them that we had a mobile order and the drive thru people didn’t know anything about it then we showed them the review order and they said they needed a code… we looked through the app thoroughly. Didn’t find any code…. and when we even showed them the people were really rude about it so we just re paid for anything… I wouldn’t recommend going back unless you want your money took…. That $35 could’ve been refunded.

Tried to order and they said they weren't taking any orders because they were short staffed but had a line of cars in front of us waiting for their orders that were allowed to be placed. I wouldn't have minded waiting . But to be told they refused to take the order is bad business.

The lady manager is hard to get along with and the staff takes a while to get your food ready. I had to wait for 20 mins for a doordash order and the crew lied about the food being ready and the manager refused to make it stating that the order had been removed from the screen. Terrible service.

Placed order at kiosk, I didn't get a receipt. Waited 10 mins or more for my order. No lids for drinks and no napkins. The soda fountain was nasty. All the tables were dirty and sticky and again there were no napkins to clean the tables. My MƧrib was ok. It wasn't warm, but tasted ok. The fries were cold...after waiting over 10 mins for my order. It was obvious that other customers in the lobby were as frustrated as I was. The staff did not speak to anyone, but themselves. No one greeted you or thanked you. They only called out order numbers and spoke to each other. Needless to say when I'm craving McDonald's I won't stop at the tiger town location.

Ordered a quarter pound double meal with no cheese,ketchup, extra mayo onion and pickle. Sandwich came with cheese and was so sloppy made. Can't believe it was fresh. My fries no salt were NOT hot. Do you need a masters degree to get an order right. Paid too much money for this.

Spent $15 on McDonalds for 4 people. Placed by mobile order on 11/7/2025 at 6:13PM. I arrive, wait in drive thru line. All is smooth. I wait patiently at the second window for my food and the cashier hands me the bag, looks me dead in the eyes and says ā€œSauce in the bag.ā€ I say, ā€œThank you have a good one.ā€ The sauce was not in the bag. Looked me dead in the eyes and just lied. They’re cold hearted over there.
