My son dashed some food from Moe's last night. The portion size was good, but the thing is, it was not what he ordered. They added stuff he didn't want. I tried it because he is a picky eater, most youngins are. It was between 9 and 10 p.m. so it tasted fine to me. He told me that I could eat the food because he didn't want it. Of course it was too late to eat anyway so I put it in the fridge. I tried it out a little while ago and it was not good at all. This is coming from a person that eats avacoda with salt only and I love it. That was my first experience with them so I will give it another try. My son was not pleased at all.

From the sauce stand to the attitude the workers displayed, the experience was fantastic.
Loved coming to moes for the first time ever and let me just say, “WELCOME TO MOES!!” Was an absolute fantastic way to start the service.

Horrible. Me and my family of 5 visited this place at least twice a week. We went for dinner on Wednesday & it was horrible. Manager threw my change on the countertop, food was old & cold. We spent over $70. Moe’s lost a valuable customer

Had the Moe's Value Jr Burrito Meal. Had the adobo chicken, cilantro rice, black beans, onions, peppers with picante, cheese, lettuce, and Chipotle ranch. Perfect amount of food with chips, queso dip, and choice of salsas. Polite and friendly staff!

I recently visited this place, which is usually my go-to for moe mondays. I even drive 15-25 minutes out of the way just for their delicious food, which my kids and I love. However, I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. The food was cold, and the staff was incredibly rude when I was in line. I could even hear them being rude to other customers. The manager was nowhere to be found when I asked to speak with them. I usually love this place, but I might have to change my go-to spot for food from now on.

The food was quite good, but I had a disappointing experience with the staff. They were rude, and one of the ladies who took my order seemed disinterested in her job. The manager I spoke to was also rude and he muttered a few curse words as he walked away from us. Despite these issues, we visit this restaurant almost every Friday and Sunday and spend well over a hundred dollars on our meals. We always leave a tip, but my mind has changed about the place, and we will no longer return.
This place is starting to slip for real. I've been going here for years and the prices have gone up but service and food aren't matching it. Today did it for me so had to give a review. The fountain drinks are never good. At least not for Dr. Pepper. Its either all syrup and no carbonation or vis versa. I mentioned it today while passing another customer and he said yeah they are just now getting tea out here. It was 1:30 in the afternoon. I requested mac n cheese as a side and they said they ran out. Likely meant that it wasn't made at all. I say that because I decided to get Mississippi mud pie as the side instead and it was dated at the 19th. So now I'm paying a premium for bbq but getting 5 day old sides? I had my food to go and when I got home the wings I got were dry like they were yesterdays food and just got refried. What took the cake was the ranch I requested had literal chunks in it. Kinda like they froze it and it wasn't thawed all the way. I typically refer these guys when I am at work but I'm done with it. Paying $58 for two kids and two adults and that was the result. Other places in town to give my business to.

I'm changing this to a one-star review. Prices are too high. It's under new management/ownership, but any steak product still tastes bad.
Chipotle is across the street. It's better. You can walk there from Moe's, get your food, come back, and sit down before your friends at Moe's have gotten their "steak leather" burritos.
