This place is starting to slip for real. I've been going here for years and the prices have gone up but service and food aren't matching it. Today did it for me so had to give a review. The fountain drinks are never good. At least not for Dr. Pepper. Its either all syrup and no carbonation or vis versa. I mentioned it today while passing another customer and he said yeah they are just now getting tea out here. It was 1:30 in the afternoon. I requested mac n cheese as a side and they said they ran out. Likely meant that it wasn't made at all. I say that because I decided to get Mississippi mud pie as the side instead and it was dated at the 19th. So now I'm paying a premium for bbq but getting 5 day old sides? I had my food to go and when I got home the wings I got were dry like they were yesterdays food and just got refried. What took the cake was the ranch I requested had literal chunks in it. Kinda like they froze it and it wasn't thawed all the way. I typically refer these guys when I am at work but I'm done with it. Paying $58 for two kids and two adults and that was the result. Other places in town to give my business to.

I love Moe's! This is a good location. My last serval trips have been good. The staff here is friendly and greets you. I recommend the homewrecker burrito!

I'm changing this to a one-star review. Prices are too high. It's under new management/ownership, but any steak product still tastes bad.
Chipotle is across the street. It's better. You can walk there from Moe's, get your food, come back, and sit down before your friends at Moe's have gotten their "steak leather" burritos.

10/10 recommend! They have truly turned that place around. It is so clean, the food is good and the customer service is awesome! I specifically asked for new manager. I wanted to let them know personally that you can truly tell the difference they have made. Holly was super kind and seemed very appreciative. I highly recommend you all go see the change for yourselves.

Restaurant was clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming. I walked in there were 3 people ahead of me and atleast 5 groups dining in. The line staff got me out in 3-5 mins. I love what the new management is doing. Moe’s will definitely be in my monthly rotation now.

My wife and I went to Moe's last night ordered 2 Moe steak and cheese bowls, will never do that again it was horrible The steak taste it like it was just doused in liquid smoke and the seasoning was awful $67 of unedible food down the drain we through it away after taking a few bites it just made us sick at our stomachs so we threw it away. never again!

Cold food, so gross. Never get delivery (and no it was not door dash given the order-pickup-delivery time). Meat was partially defrosted. Only got 1/3 bag of chips for 3 burritos. Salsa left out. Never again.

Currently sitting in a booth in basically a deserted dining area with a burrito so small I can almost touch my fingers when I wrap my hand around it. Everything quite literally tastes stale: the chips, the tortilla, the rice. I should not have to pay $15 after a Moe Monday deal just to be this disappointed.
