Great food! Took my kids and wife there to celebrate Mother's Day. We all had a good time. We had the Next Level Omelet, Next Level Breakfast Sandwich, and French Toast. Kids meals were a hit with our small ones!
I made a reservation at 11. Took 20 minutes to get seated. Had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to take our order. Very few check ins by waitress. One meal was wrong. Good food but another restaurant falling victim to poor use of staff.

I have never had worse service in my life. our waitress was Sheryl and she was so rude and interrupted us everytime we would speak or try to order. Not only did she have an attitude with us she had an attitude with her coworkers. we were there for 2 hours and my food came out wrong and at that point I just canceled it. I do not recommend eating here.

The service here was absolutely terrible. It took over an hour to get our food for a table of four. the staff was all confused and everything in this restaurant was unorganized and unprofessional. I would not recommend to ever come here if you are in a hurry. took over 2 hours for everything and the restaurant was not even full.

The food was great. The service was great. The atmosphere was calming. The waitress was amazing. My husband and I went for anniversary during brunch time. The French toast was amazing. The Buffalo chicken dip ?My husband loved his shrimp and grits( he said he was much better with added meat, he did). The mango lemonade was oh so good.Vegetarian options: Variety of food without meatDietary restrictions: Dies give other choices

Had a reservation and many tables open. Took a while to get seated. Staff was great. Apps, green beans and Brussel sprouts were delicious. I had an omelet with potatoes. The potatoes were good, the omelet not so much. Egg had poor flavor and was slightly runny. No real flavor for the sausage, tomatoes and things in the omelet. Will go back but won't get the omelet. The mimosa flight was a great idea, really enjoyed that! Next time I want to try a Bloody Mary.

We've eaten here several times, including for breakfast and dinner. The food is excellent and the service friendly and attentive. You'll likely meet the co-owner/chef, his wife, or daughter--all committed to your meal and enjoyment. But don't come when you're in a hurry. Allow time for the chef to prepare your meal and time to savor every bite.

I'm very appreciative of the staff. We had reservations for 12 and ended up with 14... the staff was extremely accommodating. The food was very good, but the staff were what really shined. I would definitely eat at Next Level again.

I've had shrimp and grits everywhere from SC to Vegas.. This cafe has the best. From the incredible food to the even better service, NLC is a place to remember.

Came here for breakfast with friends and the staff was very kind and courteous. The restaurant is very clean and comfortable. We had the Shrimp & Grits and it was really good! Our only complaint was the price. $18 for shrimp & grits was just a little steep as it's only grits with 4 shrimps in a bowl. Otherwise, I highly recommend!
It was a very poor experience. Probably because it was a game weekend. They seemed overwhelmed with the full house. Service was extremely slow and the pork chops we ordered poked good but could not hardly be cut with a knife. Very disappointing, but it wasn't terribly expensive.

This was a wonderful hidden gem! Food was EXCELLENT!! Service was great...very attentive and gave the best recommendations! Highly recommend!! The fried chicken Mac &Mornay and pot roast were very good! The brownie dessert was amazing!
My wife's steak tasted fishy. The place was noisy and I could hear everyone else's conversation but mine. The food came out cold and overcooked. Overall the worst experience I have ever paid for.
