I used to not have any complaints about ocharleys in opelika but tonight is the night! I'd asked for something to be swapped in the dish of my choice and was told it was taken care of only just to get the ticket and be charged $4.99 for it without being told and my husbands ribs were tough as well as some of his chicken tenders! My waitress name was Ashley and i did not feel as if she did her best with serving us and the manager didn't seem very concerned about making sure his customers were pleased.

You only get a bread plate if you ask for it. Somehow I don't like the idea of laying my buttered roll directly on the wood table top. The plates used to be provided routinely without needing a request, so this must be a new way to save on expenses even though it isn't sanitary.

The food was great my steak was cooked to perfection!!!Very juicy and tender.Donny was our waitress and he was such a ray of sunshine!!Very pleasant, attentive, and a joy to be around.His customer service skill were awesome.I will definitely be back just for him. P.s tonight was my daughter’s 11th birthday and he treat her and my family with love and care she enjoyed her birthday meal and her cherry pie with ice cream.He really made her night❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This was what I picked up for Ribs. There is leftover bone in the box. I went to the restaurant again. Manager who I talked did not apologize to me and she just offered me a new one but I can not eat this here so I asked a refund. I waited for receipt that I would get refund for long time. I wasted my time and gas for round trip to the restaurant, placing the order and the refund. I will never visit this restaurant again.

Waitress was a bit slow getting to the table initially, but once she did finally show up service was good. The potato skins are amazing!! Light crispness to them -- yummy. Me and 2 teenage girls all got chicken tenders and they were fantastic as always-- a little more greasy than normal, but hot and crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside! Overall a really good experience. Will definitely go back.

We came in for a late lunch. No waiting. Was seated in the area to the left after the entrance. Kinda like a small dining room. Social distancing was intact. Masks on server and customers. Our server was exceptional! This young lady was juggling 4 to 5 tables at once with amazing attention to each party. She took each tables order and not once did she pull out a ticket to write anything down. And there were NO issues with any table. I don’t remember her name but this employee was phenomenal. Food served promptly, hot, accurate. Very pleasurable experience. We’ll be back many times!
