I used to not have any complaints about ocharleys in opelika but tonight is the night! I'd asked for something to be swapped in the dish of my choice and was told it was taken care of only just to get the ticket and be charged $4.99 for it without being told and my husbands ribs were tough as well as some of his chicken tenders! My waitress name was Ashley and i did not feel as if she did her best with serving us and the manager didn't seem very concerned about making...
You only get a bread plate if you ask for it. Somehow I don't like the idea of laying my buttered roll directly on the wood table top. The plates used to be provided routinely without needing a request, so this must be a new way to save on expenses even though it isn't sanitary.
Raven was very nice and knowledgeable about everything I asked. She had an amazing attitude. If restaurants had more people like her working, answering the phones, with beautiful smiles on their face it would make people's day
