I ordered the Sirloin and Alice chicken, with fries and a house salad. Everything was delicious with the exception of the Sirloin. This is the first time I ever had a bad steak from Outback. It was supposed to be cooked medium-well...it was cooked hard and tough on the outside and bloody on the inside (meaning they cooked it with the heat to high), and it had no flavor. Also, I am a hot- natured person, but I almost froze to death in there. I had to send my husband to the car to get both of us a jacket. Our server was friendly and did the best she could.

I ordered to go online, the website worked well. Received a text that the order was ready and as soon as I pulled into a to go parking spot the order was brought to my car, didn’t even have time to enter my parking spot! That’s great service! I ordered two Victoria’s filets, they were cooked perfectly and well seasoned. The sides were good, baked potato, steamed broccoli and two salads, along with a small loaf of dark bread. The parking spots for to go are quite adequate in number, easy entrance and exit to the parking lot. As I did not enter the restaurant I cannot comment on the interior. I will be ordering from Outback again.

Our server was more worried about making his little jokes than getting our order right or leaving us alone enough to enjoy seeing eachother- which we only do once or twice a year- instead we had to laugh politely at his many, many jokes. Some mean-spirited and disparaging of the food we were trying to order. We like to laugh as much as anyone…but not with the waiter about our “disgusting” order. Not only unprofessional, literally cringe.

Ordered online arrived one minute before pickup time, and as I picked up my phone to advise my slot for curbside staff appeared. She gave a very cheerful greeting, confirming my order and promptly brought it out. It was like a NASCAR pit crew with Chick fil a atmosphere. Although the downsides were the lobster tail was a bit chewy & the chicken sammie had a burnt edge. Neither were deal breakers, just needing mentioning

My friend brought me here for my bday because it’s my favorite place. Food was great, service was horrible. There were four of us ladies, and beyond taking our order, the server was not attentive at all. We asked for more bread, she never brought it, asked for ranch dressing for our blooming’ onion, she never brought it. We had to ask other people for some of our food. The girl bringing the food out was wonderful! She served us more than our server did. Had to ask someone else for napkins, to go boxes, desserts. She would also walk away while we were talking to her. Not friendly at all. I hope the girl bringing the food out. Got at least part of the tip. Not my favorite place anymore.
75 plus dollars the Togo experience was horrible. It was a young woman trying to help but the experience was terrible. It’s been like this once before. 2/10 and the food turned out disgusting. I’ve sent an email to management as well.

Out of all the steak houses in the Auburn/Opelika area, Outback has never gotten our order wrong in the four years we have been coming here. We have tried the other steak houses, and it never fails, there is always an issue. Great job, especially the last two orders as we had to place as to go due to a recovery from surgery.

They don't offer reservations so we got on the "waitlist" then when we got here they didn't have the correct number of seats for our party. So, we ended up having to wait for over an hour just to be seated. Then they tried to make it seem like it was our fault.
