I ordered the Sirloin and Alice chicken, with fries and a house salad. Everything was delicious with the exception of the Sirloin. This is the first time I ever had a bad steak from Outback. It was supposed to be cooked medium-well...it was cooked hard and tough on the outside and bloody on the inside (meaning they cooked it with the heat to high), and it had no flavor. Also, I am a hot- natured person, but I almost froze to death in there. I had to send my husband to the car...

I ordered to go online, the website worked well. Received a text that the order was ready and as soon as I pulled into a to go parking spot the order was brought to my car, didn’t even have time to enter my parking spot! That’s great service! I ordered two Victoria’s filets, they were cooked perfectly and well seasoned. The sides were good, baked potato, steamed broccoli and two salads, along with a small loaf of dark bread. The parking spots for to go are quite adequate...

Our server was more worried about making his little jokes than getting our order right or leaving us alone enough to enjoy seeing eachother- which we only do once or twice a year- instead we had to laugh politely at his many, many jokes. Some mean-spirited and disparaging of the food we were trying to order. We like to laugh as much as anyone…but not with the waiter about our “disgusting” order. Not only unprofessional, literally cringe.
