Placed an order online. Waited an hour for online to tell me that someone can help me resolve my issue in 3 business days. I said cancel the order, then tells me I have to call the store to do, they can only give me the store number. Call the store for them to tell me that the order had been canceled cause they didn't have all the ingredients to make the pizza by a reginal manager. No communication to me to let me know the order was cancelled and no email saying it was cancelled.

I live in Auburn (AL). I ordered online chicken wings (buffalo medium). When I saw the wings, I almost had a heart attack! The wings were white, obviously not properly cooked. Pizzahut's wings ordered online are ridiculously expensive. At this price, one would expect high-quality food. Unfortunately, that's not the case.

Zero stars ordered online said it would be ready in 15 mins still waited damn near an hr when got to the store used my whole break up from work no sense or urgency from the workers just walking around looking crazy. Stay away. Plus the food was trash

I'm surprised it's still open...there was like 5 booths and 2 tables..I ordered online and went in earlier to get my order...asked of there would be a problem. They said give 10-15 minutes I said no problem...people kept coming in and out and about 30 -45 minutes later I got my order.
