Very disrespectful manager that was running drive thru this morning about 10:30 on 12/20/25 got a very rude disrespectful attitude with my child which is 19 and pregnant then when I confronted her about it she got a attitude with me and hung up and would not answer the phone so I can't even tell you what her name is will never be back there

Absolutely the worst service we have ever received in any fast food. 3 hours before closing, out of everything and “not doing any milkshakes the rest of the night” , out of everything we asked for and saying okay come on when we say that’s okay that’s all. Rude on the mic and at the window.

For the last two weeks on a Satuday morning they were not even open. The entire staff including management have the worse attitude towards customer service. The franchise will not respond to requests for customer service either.
Have contacted customer service several times, and with no resolution. The store now does not open on Saturdays at normal hours. Today I stoped to order a blast on the app and after 30 minutes I knocked on the door to only find out it was not going to be made due to mold in the machine. If the machine was cleaned correctly each day this would not happen. The bad service and poor product starts with management and tools down hill. I have asked several time to talk to the franchise owner and have never received any contact. So my opinion is that it would be best to go somewhere else, as I was told to do by the manager.

Absolutely the worst Sonic I have ever been to!! Don’t not waste your money at this location. My husband and I just went to get 2 chocolate milkshakes and they were absolutely horrible it tasted like sour milk we could not even drink them totally wasted our time and money here.

Got the Bacon Stack combo. Requested no mayo. No Mayo. Opened up the burger to add ketchup, took almost all 8-9 napkins to scrape the mayo off, which took the onions, pickles and cheese off as well. Burger was burnt and hard. Bun was hard almost stale. Added pic of all the napkins I used to scrape off mayo. The Cherry Limeade was however, phenomenal.

I made an order at the mobile pick up stall and it said my order went through. So, I’m waiting but during my wait I’m see this lady run in and out of the building to talk to some people in a vehicle. Then later on she picks up a small child and brings her inside. And give everyone in the vehicle a sweet treat. While I’m still waiting for my food.
