Fast and friendly. We live right down the street and get desert here a lot. We usually go through the drive thru so I’m not sure about the inside atmosphere but the drive thru is your typical drive thru. My only suggestion is to put more toppings in the blasts. I feel like it’s getting less and less.

It's not open when it supposed to be, closes before they should, and employees aren't aware of menu items. Don't come to this specific Sonic go to the one by Tiger Town.

Been waiting 15 minutes for our food. Mobile order placed, confirmed at the speaker and we are still waiting. One man can be seen working, but he completely ignores us as he works.

The staff were really nice and quick but the food was awful. I ordered a number 1, medium with tots and a diet coke at 11:27:17 AM on 10-JUNE-2024 (that's directly from my reciept) and the tots and burger patty tasted and felt like they were cooked at 7 am that morning when they opened. They were both hard and k8nda cold, It was horrible. But the friendly, fast service was nice so i wasnt to mad. 2 stars because food quality is 80% of the rating for me at a fast food place.

This is the worst fast food in all of Opelika Auburn, Valley or anywhere. The food was old and cold. My chicken sandwich looked like they fried it last week and was hidden in the back of the refrigerator and they took it out toasted the bun and served it, and the tots were cold and disgusting. This place needs to be shut down. Yeah they were friendly while serving you a whole stomach virus or food poisoning. Straight up trash!
