The older gentleman (im assuming its a family owned and thats the dad) was so nice to me and i appreciate that more than anything. My cup holder broke with my drink in it so it spilled everywhere and when i went back to get another one the man recognized me aksed whats wrong i briefly told him why i was back so soon his response was "no problem my friend" told the son to make me another one and he did it with a smile. He didnt have to do that but he did without hesitation. That was kind and i felt like more than just a sale to him and that is gold nobody treats customers like that anymore. The food wasnt bad just typical fried frozen stuff thats sonic food

I would leave no stars but that's just not an option for this. They get one star because, well, I guess they got the Styrofoam cups right. There was much more to be desired at this location with this particular crew; with this particular product.... what started out as an annoyance in her voice over the speaker turned into a long wait for two blasts that came out with more than I wanted my child to consume. It's sad to mess with a child's meal when you having a bad day. We did nothing but show up at the wrong time. I will never spend my hard earned money here again. Reeses Sonic Blast?!?!?!

This is the 2nd time we've stopped at this location only to find out they do not honor or participate in the Sonic specials...example today... Coney Island dogs $1.29 w CRAVE Code... NOPE NOT HERE...and we stopped on .99c Corndogs day...same. We will go to Valley store I know they honor the deals! Cuz we drove there right after and got 5 (Limit) Coneys ?????

This Sonic is the newest here, and it has good food and an excellent array of choices on the menu. I am partial to footlong, chili and cheese hot dog. It is kept very clean.

Let me start by saying that the location on Foxrun Pkwy in Opelika,Al. Use to have what seemed to be some nice, kind, some what energetic & enthusiastic people working there. I don't know what happened between June '23 and the last few times I have stopped here in the last 3 to 4 months. But every time I stop here now the employees seem to be short and some what brash. And it has become worse than McDonald's and that's sad. "The Ice Cream Machine Is Broken!" That is the story I have been getting at this location for the past two to two and half months. Come on people did you transfer there from McDonald's and bring your B.S. story abouth the icecream machine being broken with you? This is Sonic for Christ sakes, shakes, floats, burgers and ice-cream is what you're supposed to do! Get It Together & Do A Better Job!

Always slow with getting your food ready. Drive thru is usually always backed up. The workers are not that friendly. I love their 1/2 price drinks in their app though so that's the only reason I go back.

Where is experience I’ve ever had. It’s a joke. This place is still open. The employee at the drive-through speaker kept saying huh what? Sounds like she was intoxicated if that’s even possible probably just didn’t wanna work.
This location closes at 10pm. We stopped by at 8pm tonight ( Friday night). They already took their ice cream machine down to clean it for the night. Its summertime, it’s 83 degrees outside, and it’s the weekend. Why would they take down their best asset 2 hours before closing.By the way, Dairy Queen’s ice cream is better with more options.

We stopped for the 2 breakfast sandwich special on my coupon. We repeated the item several times but there was a confusing and unintelligible response. We drove to the window and discovered the employee barely spoke english. When we showed her the coupon she said "No, no, we don't use. This Sonic have no coupon." So we left. The Sonic in Auburn has great service.

This location only has 1 person working. She takes orders and then has to cook the order, too. People in the drive thru finally give up and drive away or park and go inside. This sonic refuses to hire more employees. The manager of this location should be ashamed of himself!!

I have ordered hamburger with mayonnaise only. When got my hamburger it had everything on it but not mayonnaise 3 times they got my order all wrong. I will not be eating again on fox run. The burgers was cold and not good.
