Stopped by here on my way to work before 5am. They literally had be in line over 20 min becaise the car in front of me had a large mobile order. Next time, ask that car to move up to wait instead of inconvenience everyone else waiting. I had to leave without my drink and was late to work. Very dissappointed!

traveled to the city for work decided to pick up up a cup of coffee and gouda sandwich. the shift manager was pretty awesome amd had a great personality and attitude even while they were super busy.

Bring a personal cup, ONCE! Make sure you wash it completely before you return for another cup. But, if you are in the store using their cups, you can reuse a use cup over and over. Good grief, I left a Starbucks 2 hours ago, 10 more hours to drive, I just needed a second cup of coffee. I'll stop 2 or 3 more times before my destination and bet my cup is not refused the next stop. So much for proactively reducing waste, it's just a motto, not practice.

Once again, Starbucks didn't disappoint. I asked for my drink to be extra hot and of course they didn't do it. The lady even had it on the ticket, and I don't think the person making it even read it. My wife's drink was supposed to be iced, and it wasn't. Would take it back, but I was in a hurry. Thus, another reason why these people don't need to make $15 an hour.

They turn you away and won't serve you an hour and 15 minutes before they closed It is a great place to eat it was our last night last night of our softball tournament my daughter wanted to eat there so bad nope they didn't care also it was pouring down rain we ran from across the road because they have no parking on the side of the restaurant just to find out they wouldn't serve us needless to say we got soaked very unpleased with this they have always been the best on top of that my daughter was upset so thank you all for the wonderful experience!

Starbucks needs to change its systems--i dont blame the baristas bc they are doing what they are told but. But the way they make in person orders wait is insane. Iordered in the cafe, 1 food item and two simple coffees/espressos. I stood there for TWENTY FIVR MINUTES while they made dozens of mobile orders that sat there uncollected!!. My friend placed a mobile order 15 minutes after me and got her drinks before i got any of my order!! Finally got half of my order waited 5 more minutes then had to ask them to check for my other drink and they had missed it. 30 minute wait while dozens of other were served just becuase i ordered in person?!?!??! Does starbucks actually want real people inside their coffeehouse??

Service was a bit racist and judgmental also you now have to buy something just to get a ice water or a cup of ice. According to a new policy seems a bit greedy for this conpany. I guess if you are not fair skinned or dressed like Martha Stewart or a hipster you get poor service.

It was great even under funny circumstances. We already got our drinks which was great but the power went out a few times and we looked across the street to see a power line sparking. They checked to make sure we was okay and asked if we wanted a refresher because that's about the only drink they can make and said sorry about the circumstances. They gave good customer service and made sure people were safe after the event.
