This Starbucks always has very long lines, and the service is so slow compared to other locations. Today there were three people working, and even though only three cars were in the drive-thru, the line didn’t move at all. Inside, there wasn’t a single customer — yet I still waited ten minutes for my Mango Dragon Refresher. It’s honestly frustrating; going inside feels like hell because the wait is so long even when no one’s there. They really need to improve their speed and organization.

Waiting in a drive thru for 25 minutes behind 5 cars is inexcusable! Finally went inside and manager said I could take her place. I'm sorry, you are a business, get your act together or close your drive thru!

This Starbucks is newly built and friendly. The manager(s) seems to be doing an awesome job of training employees because they are consistently good. Food and drinks are almost always perfectly made. Store has plenty of room to sip your coffee or dine inside and outside.

I normally get good service from this Starbucks, but I went this morning and received terrible customer service from the manager. The staff messed up my order which should have been easy to fix, but the manager got very disrespectful with me. I was really caught off guard by her attitude as all I wanted was my complete order that was partially missing. I truly hope the owner corrects her attitude so no other customers leave the facility feeling berated in the future.

ordered a mocha frappuccino and it tasted horrible. i've ordered many mocha frappuccinos from starbucks before and never tasted anything this horrible. they also forgot the chocolate drizzle at the top

This is the best Starbucks in the area, hands down. They’re always super nice and fast, and yesterday I was having an exceptionally bad morning and spilled coffee all in my car after picking it up here. I went back in the store crying, a total mess, and asking if I could pay to have the coffees remade and they were all SO nice and re-made the coffees free of charge. 10/10 recommend this Starbucks!!

Everyone was very friendly and greeted me when I walked in the door. I normally go to a different starbucks to get work done but this store has an amazing environment and staff. Crystal was extremely kind and eager to take my order and went above and beyond to bring it to my table. 10/10 recommend!
