Two women working the store had to finish 10 minutes of convo before they would take an order and then only after 2 extra people were in line. Both the woman preparing the meats seemed upset that I asked for no cheese then the other woman charged me for additional meats, and when asked said it was company policy for what was ordered. Two very rude, hateful people handling food, acting like someone trying to order food was inconvenient for their convo. Would not recommend nor trust either with my food.

This places has ROACHES! I ordered a sub and was about to pay, then I saw a pregnant roach crawl across the counter toward the cookies and area they make sandwiches. 🤢 I canceled my order and got out of there fast! Don’t eat here unless you want to get sick!

I have visited this location twice! Every time I stop by they are closed! It is 6:38 pm central standard time and they are closed. Website show they close at 10pm and hours of operation shows 9:30 pm on door. Just shut this Subway at this location on Frederick Road, Opelika Alabama down!!

DONT GO TO THIS SUBWAY! Ordering with my family in a group, being patient with the two ladies behind the counter despite the one behind the glass with her attitude. My ELDERLY grandmother asked for mozzarella (not knowing they didn’t have it) and instead of just politely saying that they didn’t carry it, the girl proceeds to obnoxiously tap on the glass stating ā€œwe don’t have THAT, this is cheese we have!ā€ Now I can understand being swamped with work and customers flooding in, however, being nasty to an elderly woman who simply didn’t know that you didn’t have what she was asking for is just disgusting. God bless that girl and WHATEVER she may be going through to possess such a nasty attitude. This being said, AVOID THIS SUBWAY!!

Terrible experience here recently. I placed an online order and apparently they were completely out of cold cut items but I never got a text, call, or a refund for said items. It wasn't until I was inside that the cashiers told me and still weren't very helpful. No one seemed to know at all how to even void the order. The kids working immediately starting talking about instagram, tik tok, etc. Instead of helping me out with my order. What was remaining of my order was STILL wrong.

Walked in and no one was behind the counter, had to speak out loud for them to come out. Asked for light sauce on mine and my husband’s sandwiches and they completely doused it in sauce. Had an attitude the whole time and there was nothing stocked for customers hardly. Y’all need to do better.
