Terrible customer service and wait time is ridiculous.

Horrible service and food at this Taco Bell. I ordered at the kiosk and had to beg for the missing food from my order. Then I had to wait again for someone to return to the counter just to get cups for our drinks and the two refreshers I ordered. They gave me two strawberry refreshers instead of the passionfruit I ordered, and even after I told the employee, she refused to correct them. On top of that, the cheesy gordita burritos weren’t even melted, the taco shells were all crushed, and everything was thrown together sloppily. Won’t be coming back.

It’s 3:55 in the afternoon and the Taco Bell staff won’t let anyone in the lobby. We tried to go in they told us no and we had to go to the drive through, but are letting friends in the store and locking the door behind them.

Food- we did not get everything we asked for. They didn't fill the fry up all of the way, they had no seasoning, and we didn't get both fries. They did not grill any of the burritos as asked, and they forgot our drinks. It was almost like they didn't have the ticket. On the plus side, they did give me extra cheese.
Service- As if they did not have the ticket. They asked what we ordered a few times and then still got it wrong.
Atmosphere- super nice people, kind, and respectful. Just did not get any of my food right.

I’m not one to leave reviews but this has happened at this location over and over again. This is how i received my quesadilla ( smushed up and no sauce ) They also shorted me a cheesy Gordita crunch for the 3rd time atleast which is a $6 item. Go to a different Taco Bell at diner time.

3cars in front of me, wait time to order: almost 25 minutes. Not sure why I waited. Food was cold by the time she finally handed it to me. Her excuse: we’re so short handed today. No apology or anything. Second time this has happened at this location. Not giving them a third strike, two bad trips and I won’t go there again I would give them a zero for service if it was an option.

This used to be the best Taco Bell in Opelika. I'm not sure what happened but in the last year or so, the wait times have been awful. They seem to be severely understaffed which I blame the owner for, not the staff who are working extra to cover for missing people on shifts.

Owners need to work to fix this restaurant.

SAT IN DRIVETHRU FOR 10 DAMN MINUTES, FINALLY DROVE TO THE WINDOW.... JUST TO SEE A SMALL SIGN STATING THEY ARE TEMPORARILY CLOSED... BUT HAD WORKERS ALL IN THERE.... PUT A DAMN SIGN ON THE SPEAKER ATLEAST SO WE CUSTOMERS KNOW THAT YALL AINT WORKING!!!!!

Absolutely terrible experience. The staff was extremely rude and completely disorganized. The girl with short green hair had a nasty attitude and zero sense of professionalism. It’s honestly embarrassing that someone like that is allowed to represent your brand. Management seriously needs to reconsider who they hire to work in customer service.

Don’t bother making any changes to the original recipes to items. They will give you what they have regardless. They will intentionally mess up your order and leave things off. They told me they didn’t have an item that I ordered and claimed they couldn’t refund it and that I could through the app. You cannot do that. God forbid you ask questions or have any issues. Out of spite, they will mess your order up. Plenty of staff, late at night with no customers. Yet still they are as lazy as possible. It’s almost like they intentionally try to mess things up. Every time.

This is the last straw I’ve had with this location. Staff used to be polite and fast. Every time I have gone here for the past 6 months or so it takes forever to even get to order. They take big pauses in taking people’s orders in order to keep their tickets times down and save their own butts. About 3 weeks ago I ordered on the mobile app. I got there and sat in the drive-thru. I sat and sat and sat at the menu, no one ever said anything. I finally said hello? and the girl said hold please! Apparently the person in front of me went through the drive thru with a large order ($100 worth). I stayed patient but after almost 30 minutes of sitting there I left the line and went inside. Stood there for 5 minutes before anyone came to the counter to tell them I had a mobile order and took my name. They one person on the line making all the food while the rest stood there and talked to each other. There were SEVERAL other people waiting inside and outside btw. I only have an hour lunch break and before you said I should have just left and went somewhere else, I couldn’t I had already paid! It was not until 2 minutes after I was supposed to be back at work did I get my order. I was late for work and I bet several others were too. I waited an entire hour for FAST FOOD. This location needs workers that work and management that manages, that’s very clear. And did I get an apology for the wait you ask? Hahahah NO! Today I finally went back and sat at the window waiting for my order for 20 minutes just for them to not even get my order right. Will not be going back, I’ll drive further to another location.

Inappropriate behavior and unprofessional that's why I didn't return after my first and only day I worked there and I doubt I will ever see pay for that day. Trust me don't ever work for them because if decided that working for them wasn't for you they refuse to pay you. Never got paid

I find it inappropriate to see people (especially a store manager) in slides and leggings while working, talking about getting drunk in front of customers, and unable to ring up an order without assistance. As far as the food is concerned, don't order the chicken. It's nasty. ALWAYS. Lately, these new employees that have been hired are rude and disrespectful.
