Placed an order online to pick up, and the girl working that night was very sweet and the food was made well and exactly what we ordered. We live right between this location and the one on Columbus Pkwy (where I’ve been asked to pull into a parking spot and wait 20+ min for our order) so we’ll definitely be going back to this one from now on. I was also impressed bc this was on a Sunday night before Labor Day which means usually places can be short staffed but they were on top of it. Highly recommend the new Steak Cheesy Street Chalupas 👌
Edit- I went back about a week later and the steak cheesy street chalupas were not good at all like the first time. Very greasy and small and if I had it made this way the first time, I probably wouldn’t have tried it again. The girl at the window was not rude but not nice like the one working the time before.

The nacho cheese fries should always be cooked to order. They should never be stale. You have a good thing, don't ruin it. My fries were ok on the top and old and stale on the bottom. Not cool!

Took 35 minutes to get through the drive through with hardly anyone there. After a 35 minute wait, we had items missing from our online order and the food we did get was nasty. Go to any other location than this one.

The service sucks, no one comes to the front to ask how can the service you. Everyone stays in the back. I am a DoorDash driver, I waited 10 minutes before anyone came to the front. Time is money for delivery drivers, a couple fast food restaurants done care like Taco Bell!

Placed a Mobile order for pickup through the drive through. Nobody said anything at the speaker, so I pulled up to the window, and again did not get any human interaction. So I decided to go in. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes, even after making eye contact with people before anyone addressed me

Ordered a crunch wrap supreme annnddd they burned it. Also forgot the cheese on my kids burritos and didn’t put the sauces in the bag. Worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had and will not be visiting again. Del taco from now on.

I don’t ever take time to leave a review about somewhere because I just don’t care enough but this specific Taco Bell is actually the most horrible fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to! The food always tastes terrible and the employees are even worse. The woman at the window is always the most miserable person I’ve ever spoken to. The food reminded me of TB in the 90s. It was piping hot and so good. Only complaint was they seemed annoyed that I did an online order. Other than that, it was a great experience.
This is rough, this used to be THE Taco Bell. It is impossible to get a good order here. They're always slow and your order is never right. Please don't order through the app at this location. More than once have I ordered something on the app, arrived at the location, just for them to say the item isn't available or they're out and there's no way for them to give you a refund.
