Came to celebrate Valentine's Day dinner with my wife. I ordered a porterhouse steak and she ordered a 14 oz Ribeye. The porterhouse qas cooked perfect but the ribeye was well done. We sent the ribeye back. After approximately 25 minutes, the manager brings her steak back. she didn't apologize. just set the plate down. they didn't bring a fresh baked potato with it. We asked her to box it up. No apology and still had to pay full price for us to eat separately. WILL NOT BE RETURNING. ( SHE DID GIVE ME A FREE COKE) RIDICULOUS!!

Food and service are good, but this place has a major problem keeping bread on the table. They need to get another oven or something, because the servers are constantly lined up at the counter waiting for bread for their tables. Being seated for 15 minutes with no rolls at Texas Roadhouse is ridiculous, and this happens every single time we go.

I went to Texas Roadhouse and let me tell you, it was a real doozy! The butter for my rolls was so hard, I think it'd been sitting there since the Bush administration! And don't even get me started on the "hand-cut" fries – I'm pretty sure they were just frozen sticks from the grocery store down the street. The "fall-off-the-bone" ribs were more like "fall-off-the-bone-dry" and tasted like they'd been marinating in regret. And the service? Our server seemed like they'd rather be anywhere else – maybe getting a root canal or waiting in line at the DMV. All in all, I'd give it 1/10, and that's only because the peanuts were free. Yeehaw, indeed!
