Can someone explain to me why I placed my order for 12 rolls to go with dinner at 4:29pm on a slow Tuesday where absolutely nothing was going on in that restaurant and didn’t receive my order until 5:10pm. The app said it would be ready at 4:44pm and I received a text at 4:47 saying it was ready and to go to the pickup window. They said “they’re bagging it up now” which was a blatant lie. I went back to the car and sat for another 10 minutes before going up there again and was told they were waiting for rolls to get out of the oven. Now if y’all know that my order was placed and came through at 4:29 why would you not go ahead and put them in the oven?? Rolls only take like 20 mins to cook so the fact that I waited almost 45 mins for 12 itty bitty rolls is insane. Lord please help this establishment. No one said sorry or apologized for the ROLLS taking too long or anything. And they gave me the butter a whole 20 mins before I got the rolls. What am I supposed to do with this?? I would hate to see how much they fall behind on their busy days bc this was absolutely ridiculous, truly.

Steaks are not seasoned well at all. They are never cooked to the correct temp. It is way too loud inside the restaurant and cannot enjoy the sub par food.

Great salmon. Great chili and really good service. We took the grandkids here after a soccer game last Saturday. Outstanding! Please send some of the staff to Montgomery to train that group. It’s like night and day.

First, music is always too loud. I ordered salmon with broccoli and carrots..carrots were raw..the salmon was inedible because of the insane amount of salt that was dumped on it...I had to order a re-do with NO salt. My food was the very last to arrive AFTER everyone else at the table was done eating by almost an hour. While the manager did take my meal off of our bill, it was still a bad experience that took way too long while music was blaring in our ears the whole time. I will not be wasting my time or money here again.

The server was extremely rude from the start definitely won’t be coming back collected our I.D’s after serving our drinks just to take the drinks back and proceeded to tell us they would accommodate us for the trouble but they’re excuse was they “don’t feel comfortable” then never checked on us after that.
