We celebrated our anniversary, and the food, wine, and service were excellent. We will be back to enjoy the WB—a well-kept secret in the Auburn Opelika area.
Great food and great service.
First off the decor and the atmosphere is quiet frankly strange. Nothing matches and it definitely doesn't match the menu and the pricing. I ordered salmon that was cold and seasonless. The steak was “okay†and the bread was good. Next, we ordered a dessert that apparently was NOT on the menu anymore and then found out the whole dessert menu that was on the back of the cocktail menu was invalid and “oldâ€. Not sure why they would still allow a menu to be put on a table without explaining the inaccuracy of it. None of this has been a problem if the prices here weren't the most expensive in the auburn/opelika area. NOT WORTH IT
I highly suggest trying out the braised pork belly, salmon or the chicken if you haven't already. The service, food & atmosphere was amazing! We will definitely be back.
My family and I went to dinner tonight I have never been but my father has been I was blown away from the presentation of the dishes of which we ordered I let the chef choose how to cook my lamb and it was exceptional my father got the duck and it was cooked to perfection I will definitely be coming back soon and I'll definitely be telling people about how wonderful the food is and how great the service is!
The menu is very small with the new ownership, and the food isn't as good as it used to be. I had the Snapper, which was a tad dry but still good. The artisan bread and hand churned butter was delicious, but the salad had very little dressing and the bread pudding looked like something you could have gotten at Sam's Club. It has potential, but what I got last night wasn't worth what I paid.
My boyfriend made a reservation for us on Valentines day for 8pm about 2 weeks in advance. Once we got there, the hostess didn't greet us, our names weren't on the list and she was very unorganized. The website didn't say anything about a Valentine's Day menu either; so once we got there the menu was only a 3 course meal which was $90 PER person. Although this is said to be a fancy resturant, the food didn't exceed the price we ended up paying for only an entree.
Had the short rib tonight with pureed sweet potato.....melted in my mouth....love this place.
Lovely meal. Good food and good service!
Great food & atmosphere

Service was slow and non responsive Salad was a joke. Wine selection poor. Beef was order medium - was well, well done almost to the point of being burnt.
EDIT - I was pleased that management reached out and called me personally to discuss my initial review. Derrick seems motivated to make appropriate changes based on customer feedback. Since it can really put a damper on a night out to have to talk to management about a poor dining experience, I would encourage everyone to at least write a review of the restaurant here so they know what to improve on. Unlike some places, management is actively keeping up with these reviews to help the restaurant and its employees in the future. Increased to two stars..
We celebrated my husbands birthday & they gave him a very delicious dessert for free😊
I really enjoyed the beef tenderloin..
Such a unique place. Valentines Day dinner with my man. Food and drinks were perfect. Win, win!
