Great atmosphere and very good latte. They even have a little spot for kids to explore. Very welcoming environment for families.

My sister's and I visited to grab some coffee and work on a craft together. The lady that helped us was very sweet and helpful with all our questions! We enjoyed our iced lattes and did some water color painting. We appreciated the separate spaces. Although we could see other customers nearby, we had our own broken apart space to chat privately and craft. Great experience and seemed like great people there! ?Parking: My sister's and I visited the well on Saturday around 10am. We didn't have any issues finding two spaces right next door.Kid-friendliness: When we visited we overheard a child and her father in a nearby room. The little girl let the server know that they were on a daddy daughter date which was so precious! The little girl wandered around from room to room as she worked to figure out which would be best for her and her dad. I noticed her roaming around with her drink later. She seemed to really enjoy herself and have lots of opportunity for play without causing any issues. I think kids are definitely welcomed. Worst case if your child is a bit rowdy, there are separate rooms downstairs to reduce the disturbance to other customers if that's a concern for you.

Total disappointment. Went there for a very unique experience only to have a hostess/server who seemed obvious or completely new to her job. She sent us downstairs with no menu and left us sit for 15 minutes. Google says they close at 6pm. Update your hours if you want to close at 5 for private cup painting upstairs and to ignore those downstairs.

Extremely rude. I was the only customer in the building and was dismissed from the premises because I have a registered service dog. My dog was not causing any issue and has been across the nation in 5 star hotels, restaurants & this has never been an issue. Horrible attitude & atmosphere. Do not recommend this place. Lost my money and will never recommend.

The Well has some fantastic teas and bakery goods. The atmosphere is cozy with several themed rooms to sit in. As you go down the main staircase, you'll feel the character of the old building transform into pockets of other worlds. After ordering at the main counter, the server will bring your order to you on a tray complete with teapot, cup and saucer, honey, and cream — alongside anything else you may have ordered. The coffee is good, but The Well's main draw is the tea (if you want coffee, I suggest that you walk over to Sidetracks).I just recently had ACL surgery, and, while it took me a while to get up and down the stairs, I appreciated having a room where I could put my feet up.I've been here several times over the past few years, and it seems they never stop changing up the sitting rooms. Some of my favorites have come and gone, but I love the feeling of anticipation as my wife and I discover new magical settings to enjoy a quiet afternoon with a book, some tasty tidbits, and superbly prepared tea.Wheelchair accessibility: There is little accessibility for wheelchairs. There is a significant bump in the doorway, and the primary seating area is down a set of stairs. There are, however, a few places to sit in the main entrance, but it can feel cramped.

Absolutely wonderful! As a barista myself, I tend to subconsciously be more critical when it comes to coffee shops, but this place is just so cute! Not only that, but the service is wonderful and the food/drinks are made to perfection! I still have 3 years left at Auburn University, so I’ll definitely be coming back! ☕️ Love the old floors too!

I literally experienced one of those Wizard of Oz Moments as I explored The Well and thought I'd been transported to a different universe. One filled with most amazing sitting rooms and caffeine and the walls are filled with stories and tales of previous adventure lingers lightly in the air. Really! Really? Where in the world can you find other places like this? Lemme know because I want to visit them all!Just go. Explore. Buy a delicious beverage and sit and put down your phone and talk to somebody or just listen. You're worth it.And the Well is worth a few special moments of your day.Thank me later.
